We stayed here as a family of three. Half way though the evening we were disrupted by our super loud, drunk neighbors who brought their speakers and made sooo much noise! Walls are paper thin and when one door slams your entire bed board shakes like an earth quake. Reception didn’t do much about the noise. They phoned our neighbors who of course didn’t listen. Instead banged on our wall. Our toddler didn’t know what was going on and was very upset. We then asked to move room. Other than that the hotel didn’t take action regarding these drunk party animals who also trashed the hallway, elevator from downstairs to upstairs with nuts. The hotel itself is brand new, very clean, great location. But I’m afraid these paper thin walls will cause so much distraction in the future. Try it..test it. Slam a door and lean against your bed board to find it vibrating. Also the mattresses keeps sliding off the bed. Not very safe for kids. Also the wheelchair ramp and stairs at the reception are super dangerous. No hand rail or mark to see the elevation difference and I tripped over it. I won’t be the last person the face plant myself onto a tiled reception floor… Conclusion: brand new hotel, great location but beware of possible noise disrupting your nights sleep.

Vriendelijke receptie,steeds bereid om tijd te maken voor de gast. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt.Steeds de kamer proper gekuist bij terugkomst. Ligt op een boogscheut van het centrum van Hasselt. Voor een 3 sterren hotel,zeer tevreden van.

Friendly staff, nice room, clean and centrally located. Only two negatives 1. Black out curtains does not 100%block out and no salt on the breakfast tables only pepper. Parking is expensive but convenient.

We hebben een aangename week ( 11 juni t.e.m. 18 juni) doorgebracht in dit prachtig hotel. Het onthaal was vriendelijk en efficiënt, alsook heel vriendelijk personeel, hartelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer zag er prima uit, gelukkig met airco. Heel lekker ontbijt, mooi terras en een prachtige tuin. Het restaurant van het hotel was zeer fijn en heel lekker, mooie kaart en super vriendelijke bediening. Ook de gratis en ruime parking bij het hotel is een meerwaarde, alsook konden de fietsen apart geplaatst worden. Top adres waar we zeker nog naar terug komen. Beautiful room, comfortable bed and I can recommend everyone to book your stay with breakfast. The hotel is nearby the station, shops and restaurants. The people who work at the hotel, from the reception to the cleaning staff, were super friendly! We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back.
