巴德摩爾公園民宿及高爾夫俱樂部(Badgemore Park)

我和我的朋友在 Badgemore 公園度過了愉快的時光。位置和環境都很好，場地一塵不染。工作人員很棒而且很細心。彼得，艾米（Peter，Amy）舉幾個例子，他們很可愛，並且確切地知道您想要什麼房間裡的冰箱會很棒。順便說一下，房間很可愛而且很乾淨。如果您想要寧靜，那麼完美的住宿地點，以至於我們已經預訂了明年。強烈推薦。

My husband and I had our wedding here last Saturday and what an amazing venue! Set in beautiful surroundings with lots of space inside and out. The staff were brilliant and made sure everything ran smoothly, they were friendly and extremely helpful, especially Carina and Peter who planned and organised everything. They organised the disco for the evening and that was great. The food was outstanding and all of our guests said how much they enjoyed it. Unfortunatly when we booked the venue in January all of the rooms were already full so we had to find alternative accommodation for ourselves and some of our guests. We did however find a nice hotel in Henley so it all worked out ok. Would definitly recommend Badgemore Park as a wedding venue. We loved it and our wedding was perfect. Nice setting, quiet. Staff seem to lack much awareness of customer service needs. No staff on entry, bar staff took ages to find and breakfast took 30 minutes despite very few residents. Hard to find alternative in the area and this was the cheapest about.

Came to Badgemore Park to play golf in a charity event and booked to stay overnight afterwards. The room was excellent. Clean , bright and modern. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. Starting with coffee and bacon rolls before we played golf, to our food afterwards. Breakfast was excellent with good choices and very fresh ingredients, all served by an excellent member of staff. We will definitely look to return to stay and play golf. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed at Badgemore Park for two nights over a weekend Friday to Sunday to attend a family wedding at an alternative venue. We arrived in the afternoon so we did not need to use the out of hour’s check, parking was plentiful both in the main car park and outside the building used as the B&B. We were greeted warmly and shown to our room by a very courteous young man, who made sure we were ok with everything before he left us to our own devices. The room itself was not huge but plenty big enough for the three of us to be comfortable for the two nights. The bathroom was lovely with lots of room to move around and a shower that was fab. The supplied toiletries were of very good quality. The tea and coffee making facilities were very good with the usual kettle and accoutrements but also an espresso machine using the pods. We were able to sign into our preferred streaming service on the TV which was a big help to us as it rained heavily so we had to stay inside on the first evening. The room was very clean and the towels soft and fluffy. The housekeeping staff were very unobtrusive and waited until we were out before they tidied the room and replenished it. Breakfast was outstanding the wonderfully fresh local ingredients used and cooked almost perfectly (undercooked egg white on my egg but that is just personal preference) all freshly cooked to order and lots to choose from on the menu served with your choice of barista style fresh ground coffee and good quality tea. Again the staff were fabulous, attentive, polite and friendly but not overly so. Overall I would highly recommend a stay at Badgemore Park for a very relaxing and peaceful break. It is quiet and surrounded by forested areas yet it is also only a five minute drive into the lovely town of Henley on Thames. We very much enjoyed our stay and will look to stay again when we are in the area again.

I chose this venue due to its proximity to the town centre, where I was due to give a presentation early the next day, and was travelling a long way. Late arrival information was clear, but one had to work out where to go to find the accommodation, and there were apparent options as I drove round. The key was in a wall safe as described. I was in Room 2. I would not stay here again. I knew the bathroom was adjacent and not ensuite - that was no problem. However the toilet seat was very loose - Housekeeping MUST have known this, and as a 78 year old woman travelling alone, the risk of accident was obviously there. In addition, the toilet did not fully clear, no matter what I tried with the flush. There was only an overhead shower, which does not allow for decent washing, or the bath - again a risk when in my situation. As a retired medic, I was acutely aware that there was no-one on site, and in a medical emergency, paramedics would not be able to gain entry. It was a very isolating experience, reinforced by going to breakfast in the Clubhouse. As I stepped over the threshhold, my heel caught a very well-concealed metal rain*****, and I fell headlong into the bar area. Again there was no-one there, and no-one knew. Had I fractured something, or had hit my head, it appears I would have been there until another guest arrived for breakfast !! Breakfast was okay, small portions, which was alright for me, but perhaps not for others. All in all, I was very glad to escape!

I am very well traveled and this has to be the worst place I have ever stayed. It all sounds very nice until you get to your room. I won’t list all the things I didn’t like. Just don’t stay there it’s bad.

星期六我們在這裡舉行了婚禮，我不能再稱讚 Carina、Joel 和團隊了。他們的服務從頭到尾都完美無瑕。 Carina 對細節的關注是首屈一指的，Joel 非常有條理，確實確保我們的白天/晚上順利進行。不僅場地絕對令人驚嘆，住宿也很漂亮，食物也很棒。整個團隊如此徹底，我們不能對他們給予足夠高的評價。沒有他們，我們的日子就不會那麼完美。還值得注意的是，在我們真正結婚之前，由於新冠病毒，我們已經在第四次結婚了，而 Carina 也因此非常容易合作，因為當許多其他人不會那麼樂於助人時。感謝 Badgemore Park 給我們留下終生難忘的回憶。病房先生和夫人的愛 x
