正門有點難找。但地理位置算很不錯很近車站，附近也有很多食肆。 酒店服務也很足夠，服務員很親切友善。 酒店大床很軟很舒服。 房內有咖啡機，可以使用。 浴缸也很大很舒服。

對正中央車站 方便周圍行 只係樓層有點迂迴 同一樓層唔同房都有兩便電梯㩒 床褥舒服好訓 其他大致上都十分好同新

門口比較難找 靠導航穿過火車站正對面商場就到，但如果走邊上的路 拖着行李箱的石頭路一直輪子響 不好拖。 酒店是新裝修的 還有一股新酒店的味道 設計很不錯。但是 窗户全部不能開 問了前台 説安全原因。我個人特別不喜歡這一點。 但其他都還好 酒店衞生間也很大。

酒店附近有幾個商場，旁邊仲有stockman百貨，中央車站，無論係去唔同景點定購物都非常方便，酒店嘅自助早餐都好好食，環境舒適。

酒店位置在車站旁邊，出行十分便利，酒店設施齊全，也很新。 就是入住過去不太好找正門，要穿過一個走廊。不然拖着行李繞一圈石子路，很不好走。有指示牌就更好了

酒店位處市中心，離stockmann步行五分鐘以內，房間設施服務態度都不錯，可以在入住前退房後都把行李寄存在酒店非常方便。

預訂訊息中要求twin room,結果客服安排了double bed,客服沒有落實床位訊息，實為不專業。

Our experience wasn't off to a good start, dealing with Jason when dropping our bags in the morning. He was borderline racist, assuming we were with the other Asian groups, making presumptions about our requests, and had difficulties understanding our requests on arranging for early to-go breakfast boxes. But everything else during our stay was perfect hence the 5 stars. Everyone else we dealt with, including the house keepers, restaurant staff and cleaners were all great - very helpful and friendly. The hotel is strategically located right next to the Central railway station. The room itself was large and clean and beautifully decorated. We also tried out the facilities including sauna and cold plunge (a Finnish culture), which were top notch. The gym was also world class and properly better equipped than some other commercial gyms out there. The other highlight was the breakfast. So many options even for vegetarians like us, all allergens clearly labelled. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's ever in Helsinki.

I wish I could give 6 stars. 5 for the hotel which was the nicest in all of Helsinki. Central location in a beautiful building retrofitted for the hotel. Of course squeaky clean and modern tech galore. I see thoughtful small touches like fade-in/out lights, quality bedding, sound proofed windows etc at every corner. The extra star for working with me on an error I made during booking process without any fuss. Staff at front desk was very welcoming and professional as well. I really don’t have anything to even nit pick… I guess the standard room was not large by any standards but had high ceilings so it doesn’t feel cramped. And that’s it, can’t recommend more and believe the near 5 star rating by everyone.

Hotel is nice accept food not there nice for breakfast , location is super good

Very good location just right opposite the central Helsinki train station . Remember to use the front door entrance as the back door is not open for access The lounge staffs are nice and the room is new , the layout of some corner standard room might seems a bit tight with an odd space that placed the tv but the deluxe room is all good Love the service provided by the bar lounge staff will definitely recommend this to everyone
