Shout out to Berlin at the front desk. Every time I came back or left for the day, she always acknowledged me by my name and was always super friendly and helpful. Convenient location right off the freeway, next to Kaiser and close to a lot of wineries. This is a great place if you’re traveling with family. Spacious rooms, small, kitchenette, complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking. They have laundry onsite as well.

Right next to Kaiser and close to lots of wineries. It’s a good place if you’re traveling with him as there’s a small kitchenette, complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking.

Clerk at check was not welcoming, acted like she was being put out with having to have to check someone in. We will not be checking in here again.

Having the amenities of a studio was great. Room was clean, decently appointed. Night staff’s customer service was lacking. Chose hotel for proximity to hospital, but accommodation for the needs of the patient leaving the hospital took multiple conversations.

Pretty basic facilities, we slept and watched tv. The breakfast bar is oatmeal, coffee, granola bars, muffins. Staff was very friendly. There were extra steps for me like asking for dishes, asking for the room to be cleaned between days. But for the price it fit our needs.

Room was fine, but location severely understaffed at 7pm on a Friday evening (6 guests waiting in the lobby, phones ringing and the only employee on site was on lunch).
Tried to resolve on site (received poor customer service) along with reaching out to the hotel chain (customer service not available on weekends or after 7pm EST).
Waiting in a lobby as a solo female traveler for an extended amount of time without an ETA on help then being treated rudely by staff was definitely the low point of my trip.
