I would like to request a full refund for last nights stay. The person in the room right next to us ( room 237) at 2am started blasting music so loud the walls were shaking. My son and husband were all woken up. I immediately called the front desk they said they would take care of the issues. The music, shouting, slamming doors, and yelling never stopper. I called the front desk again at 3am and said the music, screaming and loud talking still hasn’t stopped. The front desk woman, Shauna, said she was sorry there is nothing she could do. She tried calling the room and knocking on the door they wouldn’t answer. At 3:30am Shauna offered to move myself and my family since the music and screaming never stopped but at that point my whole family was up and exhausted from hardly getting any sleep. I told Shauna I would like a refund since we hardly got any sleep and still nothing had been done about the music. I even told her when we checked out at 4am that the music and yelling was still going on and she said there was nothing she could do. Shauna told me to contact ******* regarding a refund because I made the reservation though *******.

Had to be moved to a new room the first night due to ANTS crawling everywhere- floor, desk, nightstand. My stay was for 5 nights. I asked for room service on Monday, no show. Asked again for room service on Tuesday, no show. Asked for room service on Wednesday, FINALLY I received room service.

I was there after a surgery and needed a freezer which I requested well in advance. The freezer did not work properly. ANTS everywhere. When brought to management attention, they were rude and recommendt helpful at all. The Manager said there are ants everywhere:( I did mention there are things one can use to control them. As for the freezer I was told non of them would work well. We left a day early but the last day they did bring in another freezer...and it worked. I would never recommend this place and most of all never use ******* again. I have used them for years. NO compensation was offered. Reba Correia. My cousin took photos of all the ants...not very pleasant have them crawl on you when sleeping...or trying to.

Overnight stay. Motel was overpriced for condition. Door key did not work the whole stay. We went to a wedding and it was supposed to be fixed when we came back and it was not. At 11:30 pm we had to wait over 40 minutes to get into our room. Toilet also flooded. I called maintenance. It took a second call 30 minutes later to get it fixed. The whole experience was bad especially since it was $250.00 a night.

I am unable to rate my time with them because I never made it to the hotel due to a car accident. They got paid for an unused room.

The room had ants in it. The room also smelled musty or damp. I even left the back sliding door open but I was not able to air the room out.

1) They were painting outside of building. The side where our room was located lost parking spaces (without notice), and no mention or notice was made that painting (and noise) would be occurring during our stay. They were taping the outside of our entry door at 8:15 a.m. the day we were trying to check out and load our car. The man doing this was quite surprised when we popped out of our room. We had come in late the night before and there was no parking by our room (orange cones in each space), so I called front desk, who verified with manager that painting was not starting until 9:00 a.m. (not true), so it was difficult to load our car (multiple trips and to a parking spot farther away) as we walked past spray painting etc. The desk clerk assured me he would notify paint crew that we were still in the room between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. before the paint work would start. Obviously that didn’t happen. 2). No low flow toilets (required by law for several years). 3) room carpet filthy and food crumbs from previous tenants all over parts of furniture. 4) ants crawling on surface of tables and other furniture and ON THE BED and pillows. Had to have maintenance come spray - took a second day for the ants to sort of dissipate. 5) parking lots were not clean or swept. 6). Milk at breakfast was close to the expiration date, and had already turned in taste to sour 7) pastry cabinet at breakfast - fresh sunday, stale after that
