智選假日套房飯店海斯(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hays)

The person at the front desk during checkin was very pleasant. The room was a king suite at the end of the hall on the first floor and it was very spacious and very clean, including the carpet. Bathroom was clean and lighting was bright. I gotta admit this was probably one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in. It was also quiet.

I cancelled my reservation to another hotel because it didn't have a pool. Booked here because it did. Room is clean and fine. Get in our swimsuits and get to the pool. First thing noticed was how murky the water was. We couldn't see our feet in shallow end. Swim to the deep 5' and am shocked to find male body fluid floating in the water! Meanwhile my five yo gets a wad of someone else's hair stuck on her life jacket. Obviously we got out, showered off, told the front desk then went back to our room to bath and shower. Very annoyed at the ancient showerhead which made showering aggravating under the circumstances. Otherwise the room was fine but I will never return or recommend.

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk associate was very nice. Beds were comfortable and pillows were nice and fluffy. The carpet you can tell is older and stained. Other than that the room was clean. Convenient location right off I-70.

When my wife completed her shower (309), she was greeted by a black bug which I promptly killed and left on floor for housekeeping to see and hopefully report to management. Otherwise, personnel and breakfast was great,

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was just what we needed to get our day started and get bs k in the road all fueled up.

Shower hardly had water that flowed. Very disappointing. Charge when checked in was more money than that which Travelocity had quoted!

Front doors were filthy. We had a family of 6 and it was stated that one room could accommodate us all, but it only slept 5. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Very clean, good fitness center. Shower head was ridiculously high and wouldn't adjust, pressure was weak
