曼哈頓海灘LAX艾爾斯飯店(Ayres Hotel Manhattan Beach)

The receptionist was really nice and friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. The hotel itself is very unique with the entire hotel decorated as a old Spanish manor. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

The place is really beautiful and the place is convenient.

Hotel estilo clássico muito bonito, porém é sujo. Os tapetes no hall estão sujos e manchados, deixando a recepção pessima. Os quartos cheiram mal, são acarpetados e com papel de parede (com sujeiras de liquido seco escorrido) e cortinas rasgadas. Havia cabelos no secador, nojento. O quarto é escuro dando uma sensação sombria. Possui estacionamento aberto, sem segurança, por 20 dolares. Possui frigobar e microondas porem sem nenhum utensilio. É perto do LAX, mas longe de todo o resto. A taxa de garantia foi me cobrada duas vezes no check in e aguardo o desbloqueio de ambas. Os recepcionistas da noite são atenciosos, mas uma senhora loira não é agradável. Não recomendo para quem tenha rinite e gosta de hotel claro, limpo e clean, mas é um hotel historico com lindos moveis e uma lareira.

Property is old outdated and room smells wet and smoky like someone was smoking there before. It didn’t smell clean. Mattress is uncomfortable and old and it sinks in the middle. We booked a junior suite it was disappointing because it was just a larger room with no additional benefits. The restaurant is horrible unhealthy Mexican food. They close for breakfast at 10am!!! We arrived at 9:55 and we were told they’re closed (on the weekend!) we complained about The restaurant hours before and nothing changed.

We were unfortunately checking in the same time as several flight crews so needed to wait quite a while to get to our room. The front desk staff did not explain to us that the AC was controlled by a remote in the TV cabinet so we froze all night. The hotel is nice and the restaurant very good.

Clean, friendly staff. Can not turn off room AC making soft noise. The only way to turn of AC is to remove the room key card from the slot, but then all electricity in the room is turned off and you can’t charge your phone. The window receives morning sun and has a transparent curtain that does not block it and you are woken up by the morning light if you would like or not.

One of the best experiences in a long time! The front desk staff, Mitzi, Karla, all the restaurant employees, everyone in the hotel amazing! The taste in decoration, cleanliness, beauty, music. You really feel that you are in an Italian village and you don’t want to go anywhere other than stay there. You get transported to Europe. Amazing! Will come back

En general bien…. Solo unos detalles que no me gustaron, en recepción no hay nadie que hable español y un día no tuvimos agua caliente por la mañana!

Spacious and comfortable room, great staff, numerous dining option within walking distance of this site. On-site restaurant Polanco Modern Mexican Steakhouse was great. I suggest trying the Rib-eye Chicharron appetizer, amazing.
