合艾樂園度假飯店的評論

房間不滿意，孩子用了浴池還過敏了，攜程也推卸責任，第一天就聯繫攜程投訴了，結果給我換了一件小的房間。拖到我離店都沒解決。反正我不會再用攜程了，誰愛用誰用。

乾淨服務好

Everything is up to my expectation. Seafood tomyam for breakfast is top notch. My kids enjoy the tomyam not sure how many times they repeat. Always my favhotel whenever we go to hatyai

這是我們第三次入住這家飯店。疲憊的一天旅行後，足夠舒適的睡眠。房間乾淨整潔。但這次我們的房間比上次住的有點老了。浴室太舊了，空調因為老化因素有噪音😅。總的來說，這次住宿體驗很好，而且物有所值。希望管理階層能夠對某些房間進行升級/翻新/翻新（房間太舊，尤其是廁所）。忘了說，飯店的餐廳是清真餐廳。

We were informed that our booking wasn’t available upon arrival. The hotel still managed to squeeze us in which was great. Not so great part was the cleanliness and the soundproof. We were able to hear the next doors’ full conversation throughout the night. The lock for the sliding door to balcony was malfunctioning too. Appreciate if the hotel can look into the safety of guests. Quite rundown and many more areas to be improved.

จอง 2 ห้อง อีกห้องแอร์เสียตอนตี 1 โทรไปแจ้งมีพนักงานมาดูให้ ดับอีกรอบโทรพนักงานไม่รับสาย นอนในห้องที่แอร์ดับ ไม่ประทับใจมากๆค่ะ

除了淋浴部分，一切都很完美。充足的停車位。
