約克郡西公園旅屋飯店(Travelodge Harrogate West Park)

The room was nice and spacious, it was clean and comfortable. The room was heated to a good temperature when I arrived. All staff, reception, bar and waitress were all helpful and smiley.

Very friendly and welcoming, We stayed for breakfast and it was lovely no problems what so ever, we would stay there again lovely staff. Room nice and clean it was really hot this weekend and they had a fan going in the room when we checked in.

All fur coat no knickers looks okay outside not best of areas or greeting welcome not ground floor choice lot steps or lift if it functioning noise 24/7 due to gym or something we couldnt make out what was preventing us sleeping as thud thud all night and it was not rain needs bringing up to modern standards meals tasteless in canteen like school diner room with view of busy road cars parked below as this was up flight stairs very disappointed and sleepless nights typical okayish travel lodge brittania style hotel very ordinary basic

Arrived tad early only to be harshly informed come later not ready no pleasant manners awful encounter the few staff rarely saw as bearly anyone around ever just cleaners. Came back returned later to be told room number and shouted directions no niceities no manners whatsoever from mostly grouchy old sour faced women i sadly forced speak to and manager from hell saw the staff later outside entrance at tower st travel lodge Harrogate some smoking heavily they looked all locked so dirty scruffy unkempt never one hello nothing between any of them as i smiled said Hello all looked liked jail guards. Night time staff and cleaners young girls very polite All Rooms all same like travel lodge Bedding looked creased bin wasnt cleaned and shower looked unclean would have prefered bath but all same just tiniest shower toilet that stinkiest so changed room had to encounter old wonan reception who rebuffed my complaint and said she written down my disatisfaction of room and cleanliness etc in jail like high rise building reminicient of jail stayed over night but couldnt wait to escape from colditz First room up lots stairs fire escape rabbit runs travel lodge nightmare from elm street couldnt wait to leave ate one meal there which was awful vvery badly run maintained needs condemning past sell by date

My first impressions travel lodge Tower street Harrogate is down a dark unlit shady side street that next to some car parks bins gymnasium below hotel open 24 hours noisy bar opposite with smokers outside rolling up their joints Good Points Clean cosy beds pillows duvets little electric heater on wall you can programme no baths just basic shower tea coffee. Bad Points inhospitable fridgid grim Antaginistic gruff very poor bad mannered untrained front of house staff/manager untidy unkept illtrained ununiformed customer service team/ manager (AT YOUR PERIL (DONT COMPLAIN STAY CLEAR IF USE TO DECENT STANDARD) Disappointed with room we had although bed clean comfy stunk of wet dogs who we heard barking during night also was refused room change as previous room like one we got stinky drains either wet dogs damp foisty rancid smelly sewage making us feel nauseous due to odors This basic highrise basic cheap cheerless joint digs is slap bang inbetween high floor old carparks and noisy bar opposite darkened street there is little lift if it workers or hotel clesners are not using it then there a lots steps lot security doors need to swipe key Next to lifts up one from from gym Are first floor rooms 2nd and 3rd floor reception frint of house is 1st floor next to tiny bar next to tiny open plan room basic chair table cafe canteen tyoe restaurant menus in room basic inedible pub grub we ate some of our meal that was luck warm snd poorly cooked inedibile disappointment But there are bars pub opposite but csn get very rowdy very busy till late peopke dogs hanging round smoking all sorts drinking nearby like the Tower street Travel lodge Be warned if expectations are very low and do npt wish to spend much money then stsy here at your peril Okay for one night but longer than that i suggest elsewhere There is a nicer travel lidge at the ginnel but sat/sun be noisy as lot nightclubs adjacent unless get higher room this other travel lodge the ginnel clisevto parliament steeet eateries fine restaurants like bettys and the ivy and burger bars wine cocktail bars 5 min wal away from ginnel but get much more value nicer travel lidge rooms all the same very very basic comfort no wardrobes lamps bedside cabinets drawers no wherecto put your belongings cheap teacoffee pkts superior smart tidily dressed well mannered hospitality warmer welcome there Tower Street Travel Lodge Harrogate Travel Lidge Scarborough Avoid all costs lots of cheaper nicer bnbs guest houses around and hotel apartments The Pinemartin i recommend up Otley rd and i Recommend Hotel du vin near Yorkshire Hotel and superior premier inn and murrey house guest house franklin rd are near to bistros deli restaurants ice cream scoop pancake waffle shop restarant near ciwn plaze convention centre and the harrogate inn fornally know as alias as st georges hotel nesr convention centre park ripin rd

The room was clean and comfy and the paid-for wi-fi was OK BUT there were NO coat hooks, NO bedside tables, NO AV/Smart features on TV, NO cups for water etc. These are all pretty much must-have features in my book!

Basico, pero buena ubicación, limpio. Ahsley fue la chica que me atendió y fue calida y amable. Lo recomiendo si estan viajando por trabajo, precio accesible, no hay estacionamiento pero a 5 mikutos caminando hay un grab parque para estacionar sin restricciones.

2 night stay, very reasonable price. Plenty of parking and not too expensive. Staff helpfull and friendly. Room if a little snug was clean functional and had all you could need. The breakfast was excellent value and really nice with a good choice impossible to come away hungry.

The hotel is conveniently located with several restaurants nearby. It is ideal for an overnight stay but I might look elsewhere if staying longer in Harrogate.
