My daughter and I had no hot water to take showers the entire 3 night stay, it was horrible! When I called front desk to let them know, they said there was nothing they could do, and would offer me points! I needed hot water! Called the supervisor, left message never received a call back. Front desk was extremely rude, and unwilling to help or even show care that we had no hot water. I am now home and never received "points" and had to pay full price regardless that we had no hot water and couldn't take showers
Extremely disappointed in the way this hotel is managed and the amount of care they give to guests.
