一共衹有20多間房，房間比較大，乾淨衞生。提供飲用水。房東好像就住在旁邊的跨院裏。餐食比較一般，還好，衞生。

Lovely old colonial house with a wraparound veranda houses the dining rooms. The bedrooms are newly constructed and face onto a really lovely garden. My son was impressed with the gym. We enjoyed drinks from the honesty bar in the garden and had a good dinner at the lodge.

I stayed at The York Lodge for business and returned with my wife on my second trip. The York Lodge is a beautiful place if you have work in Harare or are heading into the bush for a safari. The staff is excellent, and the owner is on-site. We will definitely continue staying here! Located near Highland Park and in walking distance to five star dining. Very safe and affordable

I stayed at York Lodge while on business and really enjoyed it. The lodge is well located, not too far from the city centre and it is a peaceful place to come back to after a long day of work.

My company has visited York Lodge over many years and it never fails to impress. A beautiful serene atmosphere surrounded by wonderful gardens, with fabulous food served by delightful staff. Thank you York Lodge!

Myself and 4 other colleagues on a business trip in Zimbabwe were referred by the host business we were visiting to stay at York Lodge. This was a really good choice and ensured that we started our business meetings on a high. We were very well received in a clean and pleasant environment with everything that could make it a home away from home. For a boutique hotel York Lodge is very good value for money and has everything. Internet, outdoor gym, comfortable rooms a wonderful breakfast full english and wonderful staff. I have no hesitation rating them 5 stars and recommending York Lodge to anyone with business or pleasure in Harare, Zimbabwe.

We spent a great day and night at the York Lodge. It was easy to get to and from the Airport and a great place to stay after our adventures in the bush. Close to shopping and lunch spots. Great rooms with comfortable beds and nice hot shower. Grounds are beautiful and peaceful. An amazing supportive staff. For dinner they fixed a great traditional feast for family and our local friends. Will stay here again and again and will recommend York Lodge to anyone going to Harare.

Fabulous property owned and managed by the Wild family for many years now. Has been a frequent guest and always get the same high level of service and family treatment. Highly recommended for those who want a secure and nice lodge to explore Harare.

York lodge was perfect for our business stay. Conveniently located close to the city centre and close to the airport, the first class accommodation was marginally trumped by the even better service. Staff were super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Our luxurious room set in the most majestic gardens was spotless and spacious. Our stay was truly home away from home!

After 35 hours of travel from Los Angeles, it was a great relief to see our driver, arranged by York Lodge, at the airport in Harare with a paper with our names on it! The lodge itself is a tranquil oasis in beautifully landscaped grounds, and very quiet. Although my friend and I were delayed, they prepared a late dinner for us which we ate on the verandah, relaxing and enjoying the peace. The rooms were spacious and spotless with good WiFi and all amenities. Breakfast was excellent with both cold and hot choices, and our driver back to the airport arrived right on time. After the stresses and weariness of travel, one night at York Lodge got us ready to go on safari in beautiful Zimbabwe. Highly recommend.

It is a beautiful property, very tastefully decorated and well kept, in a lush garden, with two pools. Staff is very attentive, and management is responsive and accommodating. Rooms are big and well furnished and have all the modern amenities. Most rooms have mosquito nets. There are plenty of rooms and sitting areas to have business meetings in. The property provided them free of charge. Breakfast was plentiful. There are a couple of restaurants within a walking distance if you want variety - Ella the Garden and Victoria 22 - as well as grocery store Pick n Pay and a Thai takeout food. I stayed at the lodge for almost three weeks and did not get tired of this place. It was such a delightful experience. Dinner was a little pricey but there are alternatives nearby. Not all rooms are airconditioned but all have fans, and heat was not a problem for me in February.

I stayed at York Lodge for one night en route to Mana Pools at the end of August 2023. This was the perfect place to stay over in Harare, with lovely rooms, great service, yummy food (they service dinner!) and large, lush gardens that attract plenty of birds.
