Not the best place

This place was way outdated and totally not worth the price. If there was any other motels I would have stayed there. When I arrived I was flabbergasted about the condition of this place on top of there no cancellation or refund policy. You think paying almost $150 a night you would at least be able to watch Netflix on the TV and not have to get your own linens. Other than that the staff was nice, but that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.

The manager was friendly, but the breakfast bar is seriously lacking. It consists of a waffle maker, dry cereal, and packaged Hostess breakfast treats. Coffee was not checked and two mornings in a row I had to point out there was no coffee. Very limited seating (2 tables with 4 chairs) for eating breakfast. No room service is standard for the times, but they are very under- manned. I realize this is not their fault. I slept well, there was no noise problems, and for someone looking for a quick stopover for one or two nights, it would be adequate.

Night “Manager” was not helpful. We stay in hundreds of hotels a year. Our company employs high school students. Because some of us got held up on another job, the hotel would not let us check into hotel until someone over 21 arrived. Which we were all 3 hours behind. Then told us would cancel reservation if we were not there by 11pm. Absolute terrible customer service from hotel.

Well first we were told that each room had a microwave and mini fridge. Ours didnt have a microwave. That is after we had to change rooms because we were put on the second floor and packed all our luggage on the cart, the woman watched us do it and then told us there was no elevator. What would they have done if one of us was in a wheelchair and they couldnt accommodate us on the first floor. Not being handicap accessible is illegal. My friend that came has a bad knee and would not have been able to drag her bag up those steps. Then we were limited on how much ice and food we could have for our "breakfast"

I didn't like that I accidentally left a grey bath towel in our room bathroom. I called the next day or so to inquire if they found it. Guess they threw it away! Very disappointed!

I went to my room there was excrement on the toilet seat. I told front desk they said they would give me another room. They didn’t have one so I requested a refund, they agreed, and I left.

Room was very clean. There is no lobby bathroom, which was desperately needed by a member of the party. The host suggested she walk across a busy highway to a gas station even though she was 76 and needed a cane to walk.

people in other rooms were noisy. do not get a 1st floor room. concrete is cracked on second floor floors and will keep you up all night. i had to switch rooms after 15 minutes.
