This is the case of a beautiful building being poorly managed. The building itself is very beautiful modern, and nicely designed but that is about it. - The beds are uncomfortable. - Breakfast is a joke and half of the time is missing the few times they offer. There was usually one piece of toast for each guest. Very bare minimum. No real coffee. Just instant powdered stuff. - We had to argue for an extra pillow. One per person again. - No extra keys allowed, so if you are travelling with two people- you have to stick together. - Not the best location. You can get the same or better closer to the action. - No amenities onsite. The customer service is a joke. They are not that friendly and when you ask for something- it’s an excuse about how management won’t allow them. I’m sure that’s the case. I wouldn’t want to work in this place either. This was the worst hotel experience of all of the 6 hotels we stayed in. Would not recommend at all!
