Very friendly staff. Both the front desk and the breakfast staff were very nice. Hotel looked like it had been recently renovated. Very clean. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We had a very nice time at Houghton Hampton Inn. It was friendly, clean and a nice breakfast. One thing I do want to mention which was so heartwarming. After checking out of the hotel we started loading up the car with all of our stuff. I received a call from the front desk before we had even gotten out of the parking lot. I believe it was Melissa at the front desk. She said that the staff had discovered my jewelry still in the room. This was a wonderful thing to do, since it was family items and my wedding ring. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay and for preventing a possible personal loss.

Across the street from the Isle Royale national park visitor center. Clean, large rooms. Excellent hot breakfast. Great place.

Our second year staying at this property and will continue for our annual trip. My only complaint is don't reserve room 201. It's right under the breakfast room and we were woke up every morning pretty early with continuous sound of sliding chairs.

Like that, it was relatively new everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. Perfect location to do many things, including walking downtown and shopping.

The view of the river is nice! Parking is a little limited.

Check in was super easy and the gentleman that helped us was extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean and modern. Would stay again.
