Super value for the amount paid, its not luxury and a bit outdated but its clean and functionel. Sleept very well in the clean beds, nice breakfast (according to price) Parking 10 euro a day in hotels own cellar parking. U-bahn (metro) that brings you straight to city centre , 600 meters walk, buses just in front of hotel. Staff very helpfull. Shops nearby , visit the mall bilstedt only 300 meters from hotel, great offers and selction , Mac D just across the street. Very multicultural neighborhood, (we didnt experience anything bad)

So I stayed here a few nights (twice) on business, it's tucked away down a side street nothing outstanding in terms of appearance, it's just another building, with some hidden charm - Staff, attentive and very pleasant, it's got a pretty cozy bar, small but cozy. Sundays seem a little under staffed, but give credit where it's due, the staff work hard to service your needs. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed, it does not feel too outdated, it's not 2023 but it's warm and friendly, some rooms come with a fridge, some not. Beds are comfortable and bed linen is top drawer, nice set of toiletries in the bathroom, and the rooms are spotlessly clean, even if a little outdated. Room service is available and is pretty darn good!! I like room service after a busy and long day, and it did not disappoint at all. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially if you compare to a similar holiday inn that boasts 4 stars, the H4 wins hands down on price and quality. Would I go back - most definitely, what attracts me the most..... the price and the room service, to be fair location was close to my business so that was not a major factor for me, however in saying this, there is a well appointed mall and many restaurants nearby and some decent food stores for those midnight snacks...... Thankyou for a warm welcome and a very enjoyable stay!

非常現代和斯堪的納維亞設計客房。地理位置優越,位於漢堡哈堡火車站前。購物中心和Cinemax步行幾分鐘即可到達。 唯一不喜歡的是浴室的污水味很濃,可惜有時會發生這種情況,住宿無法做太多事情來避免。

臨時找的酒店，還比較滿意，但是離市中心較遠，沒車的小伙伴可能不太合適。房間乾淨整潔，也非常安靜，但牀有點過於軟了。房間沒有空調，不過漢堡的天氣也不太需要開空調。

與其他酒店相比，這家酒店沒有空調確實沒什麼大不了的。他們的嬰兒床不干淨，我的孩子在他們的床上睡了兩個晚上，他喜歡側睡和趴著，而且他的臉對床上接觸床單的任何部分都過敏。當我與酒店交談時，他們承認這是酒店的責任，並說他們可以支付藥膏的費用，以便我可以自己去藥店購買。令人驚奇的是，幾乎所有酒店的工作人員態度都很差，不關心孩子，私下泄露住客的個人信息作為工作討論的話題（每個工作人員都知道我們的個人事務/信息，甚至那些我從未見過的）甚至還問我是否要為這麼小的事情叫救護車。我取消了全天行程，打車去藥店，花了60多歐，最後酒店只給了我5歐藥膏，說我打車去藥店太遠了，他們付不起出租車費，經理說他們唯一能付錢的地方就是打車10歐元，所以他們拒絕支付路費？？？離開時，我只是被告知要乘坐自己的出租車去藥店，他們知道我們那天要離開，所以他們做出了一個非常敷衍的承諾，但結果全部被推翻了。重要的是，我花了 100 歐元買了這張嬰兒床，但它仍然不干淨，最後我和經理談過，我說我付了 100 歐元只是為了得到嬰兒床，他說你已經退房了，一切都安排好了我不知道現在你的房間裡有什麼？無論如何，不要帶你的孩子來這家危險的酒店，工作人員非常不誠實，甚至說房間已經被打掃乾淨，​​以銷毀證據。

這是我第三次來漢堡,第一次住在鎮外,沒有失望。接待人員很友好,樂於助人,熱情好客。我們乘坐長途飛機後早上和侄女抵達,僅等了30分鐘後,我們驚喜地得到了一個房間。中午後,我們在休息室裏安頓下來,等待入住。這是一個難得的姿態,因爲我在酒店裏一直堅持等待入住時間,即使有房間。房間很乾淨,有兩張牀,因爲我們是兩個人,很合適。熱水淋浴,中等浴室,必要的洗漱用品。(帶上浴室拖鞋和洗髮水)退房時間很合適,我們可以選擇把行李寄存在行李店兩個超級市場,便利店,餐廳都在2-7分鐘步行距離內,火車和汽車站也是如此。我們的房間俯主路,所以汽車的聲音雖然我會再次入住!
