阿瓦特生態小屋(Avatel Eco Lodge)

Un séjour raté ! Horrible, beaucoup de problèmes divers : petits déjeuners minables, accueil réception peu professionnel, nettoyage de la chambre quand il le voulait, pas de produits tous les jours avec produits périmés ! Serviettes qui puent ( c est parce que le concept n utilise pas de lessive) etc.. Climatisation poussive, qui pisse l eau, inondant le canapé ! Le problème fallait pas laisser la clim … Porte fenêtre du balcon (verrou cassé), cela ne risque rien vous êtes au deuxième étage, sauf que le verrou permet de faire marcher la clim, donc il fallait veiller que la baie vitrée soit bien fermée ! Etc etc Un séjour inoubliable avec une direction qui dés notre arrivée voulait nous faire payer la totalité du prix de la location alors que le confort n était pas à la hauteur de ce qui était proposé. La plage privée ! Rien structure minimaliste, un chemin difficile etc Des vieux transats et pas de buvette, donc il faut prévoir et descendre avec ses boissons etc.

I have visited this magnificent hotel in the summer of 2023. Everything was great, but to have a great time you should read the descriptions about the location and the hotel in general. It is a small but majestic hotel hidden in nature, a gem for people who enjoy a calm, quiet vacation and the nature. We were waking up with bird songs and walked the really nice downhill path to the beach, through the pine forest (would take about 4-5 minutes of walking though). The beach is kind of wild, but the hotels provides sunbeds and umbrellas for free to the hotel guests. It was a bit inconvenient for me that the restaurant closes by 10 pm, but i understand that they want to maintain the evening serenity of a place with a lot of families. Although staying on the second floor, it wasn't too much of a hassle as the stairs are not too steep. Totally worth the sea view! Ksenia is a gem, very great and really helpful, going over and beyond. In conclusion, I'm really happy i didn't take into consideration some of the really negative reviews, but you can't please everyone and not everyone understands that not every place is for everyone. More rooms for us if they dont visit 😋.

I am coming to this accommodation for the first time and really enchanted by the beauty of the location: green, blue, birds chirping. Calm and relaxation is what you need on your vacation and they offer it. The rooms were beautiful and the staff so welcoming. I want to sincerely thank Mrs. Xenia who from the first moment took us by the hand and guided us through these beautiful days. Exceptional restaurant with sea food and great wine and cocktails list . Fast service. The pool was very beautiful and surrounded by trees and greenery, also very clean with comfortable sunbeds. The pool bar, where you can order drinks and snacks is a great plus. I can fully recommend Avatel for the family vacation or vacation with your other half. We will definitely meet again next season !

It was a very nice stay, perfect breakfast, always clean, friendly staff, beautiful territory of the hotel, everything good made. A nice local music in a restaurant in the evening. Helpful staff. Thank you very much. We enjoyed it. The beach has stones, it was not so good to swim, we were driving to another beach.

We had a perfect stay at Avatel Eco Lodge this summer! If you like beautiful Mediterranean nature and would enjoy staying at a place that is away from the noise and touristy roads, this is a place to be. At the same time, the village of Kriopigi with multiple tavernas and bars is within walking distance. The hotel has its own beautiful private beach, that, although quite small, was never crowded. However, you need to follow some stairs on a picturesque path to get there (to be kept in mind if you have mobility issues). The hotel itself is very tidy, the rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices. The staff are all super nice and always helpful! Special thanks to Ksenia who arranged a late check out for us :) Would definitely recommend this place.

First of all the place is all about cheap, low quality, from furniture to amenities, It is full of of green, trees etc but there is a down size to this, the sea breeze doesn’t pass the tall trees so the air is suffocating during night time. Also, the closest tavern is at least 2 km away, you need to take the car. They are aware of this and a beer(0,3) is 5.5 euros whereas in Kriopigi, at restaurants is 2,8 maximum 3.00 euro. The trip to the sea is an adventure. Difficult, very steep, lots of stairs. This is not family friendly, if you have small children it could be very difficult. Also, there is no private beach! Is private because the have some signs on the umbrella and sun-beds but people come from nearby villas and use them. The hotel was half empty and there were no sun-beds available! Warning! there are sea urchins in the water! No warnings from the hotel! The biggest problem was the pool! Dirty, muddy aspect, it looks like unhealthy! I put some pictures. It was worse then the picture in some days. There was a guy at the pool, we complained about the quality and he said is fine it was because of the clorura! What??? We’ve been in so many places this was the dirtiest pool I have ever seen! We paid for a pool we never used! There was a power cut for 36 hours straight, when it happened there was nobody at the reception, they appeared in the morning! Imagine 36 hours with no AC at 29 degrees at night and 39 during day! In fact, when we left, at 09.30 am there was nobody at the reception as well, we had some water and beer to pay, some 7 euros but there was no one to pay to! Unbelievable! Comparing with their claims and photos this is cheating. Should be half the price they asking and it wouldn’t be enough! The price/quality ratio is the worst ever. PS Nothing ECO about this place! Nothing environmental friendly just empty words in the title. Avoid this place! Please note, I have a lot of reviews, this is my personal experience, no matter of possible management response this is the real situation!
