Muy cómoda las instalaciones, limpio y con lo necesario para disfrutar la estancia. A 2 min caminando del Gurnee mills y Los alrededores con restaurantes y tiendas diversas. Sitio tranquilo y desayuno básico.

Convenient location, off the ramp from major highway, the hotel needs renovation inside. If not looking for something fancy, it is a decent stay.

We got off to a bad start The toilet wasn't bolted properly down to the floor when I leaned left to do the paperwork the whole toilet started to tip. The manager at the front desk was very apologetic and they quickly got me to another room where everything was fine. The room itself was fine and satisfactory cleanliness of bathroom was good but not great. The breakfast service was really very bad some of the sausages were way undercooked some were way overcooked none were edible very little eggs were available they were unedible. Nobody was there eating any of the food for breakfast there was no microwave in the breakfast area My daughter had the self-made waffles and they were okay The coffee was acceptable. Thankfully there was a McDonald's very close by where we could get an excellent breakfast at a reasonable price. Overall given the price we paid I was satisfied but definitely do not feel this hotel deserves the 8+ rating

I like that the hotel was so close to my destination but, the room was not very pleasant the bed linen has very noticeable stains and the towels had long hair on them, very unsanitary.

Our stay was great. Relaxing and quiet. Parking lot could have been salted and maintained much better. I fell but addressed it to night clerk. And.then it was taken care of. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was nice and front desk staff was "somewhat" helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Dirt! Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels EVERYTHING had stains and hair.

When we walked in we were greeted with a smile and very happy front office staff. The hotel is older but nice. The beds were comfy and the space was good. The hot tub was spacious and relaxing. The included breakfast was an added bonus!

The hotel staff was rude, the hotel was dirty. We were there for 5 days and requested room service, didn’t get until the fourth day, and it was done, it was half ass done, bad attitude.

Staff was great and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty. Plenty of parking. Clean overall. Just noticed stains on one of the bed covers. Was the bed I didn't sleep in. I had to pay extra to get a room away from the elevator. Whoever thought that was a good idea.

Check in was quick and easy. Very friendly young man at desk. Room needed some attention. Found empty pop and beer cans thrown in corner. The only ice machine in hotel was not working. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Had to go to local convenience store. Overall nice room. Sleeper sofa was your typical sleeper sofa.TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. Not sure if this would stay here again.

The linen had blood on it and only the top linen was changed upon request.The manager and his wife was very rude and unprofessional.

Pictures online looked better. Up close, it's looking run down. Staff never at the desk when you need them, breakfast wasn't good (dried out eggs and sausage, bad fruit), the entire first floor smells from the over use of chemicals in the pool (that was so bad our eyes were burning after 5 minutes of being in the pool area), and the side exit door closest to our room was locked shut - major fire hazard. Wouldn't stay here again.

Stay was good and near six flags. Go to breakfast early or you miss out on the eggs and sausage. They do have a waffle maker.
