Todo bonito y limpio.

I arrived at your hotel location in Waldorf on Saturday evening for check in. Their was a sign on the desk that apologized for the "out of office delay" and someone would return in a few minutes. There were several 'guests' waiting to be checked in. One family stated the had been waiting for 1/2 an hour. I didn't have the time, so I left, however and returned to check in later that night. Not a big deal, just surprising. I couldn't wait at my desired of check in. Edgar

Needed a quick solution to have a roof over my family’s head while we close on our house best decision I made to be at Hampton Inn Waldorf great staff

We come thru Waldorf once a year and always stay here. Very clean, nice staff, and there is Cracker Barrel and Carraba's a few steps away.

Very friendly staff. Clean, breakfast was decent, price was fair.

Was told that the property for one night had an “incidentals” charge of $100. Had just stayed at oceanfront Hampton Inn in Myrtle Beach for 5 nights and the “incidentals” charge was $50?? Then, when I went to my room I discovered a cracked sink and a missing closet door handle. I took pictures and immediate showed them to the front desk. All I got was a verbal assurance that it would be reported and I would not be charged. Now, I will need to check my credit card to make sure I am not being charged.

I didn’t someone was hurt do to their negligence. Which could have been prevented if they check things in the room throughly when cleaning

Staff was great, we will definitely stay here again if in the area!

The front desk representatives are so polite, friendly and helpful. They made our stay very special and we are grateful.

The hotel staff had smiles, helpful, and were very informative about the hotel and the area

All good, except that they only had fake cream (no half & half) for the coffee.

Didn’t like much of anything. The common areas were dirty and stayed dirty during our stay. Additionally, we almost didn't get to stay because they told us that we shouldn't have booked 3rd party (*******) because they gave our reserved room away to walk ins because we didn't check in at 3pm. They did this to us and the guy in line behind us. They were eventually able to find a room after claiming they were sold out, then doubled down on "since we weren’t there at 3pm" that's why they gave our room away. They even mentioned that they prefer the "guaranteed money" of a walk in over a reservation that was placed before hand and hadn't shown up yet.
