Hotel Wakes all guests up to check out at 9:15 am as a pattern. Breakfast is missing items and not replenished for a long time deliberately. Rooms are clean and nice. Air and heat work. Tv is fine.

Super bueno

Bedbugs and got bit several times. Took picture of one on pillow and front desk only offered to switch rooms and no discount. However, if I applied to the rewards program I could get credit for one night. Yes that was the front desks rebuttal to making them aware of the issue was.

Starting with usb ports broken and others not working, spider Webs on the wall, drinking water was left open in fridge, bathroom toilet was nasty, the safe was not excessible to use it was locked, and the ice machine didn’t work on the second floor had to go to the fourth floor. Was given another room and only checked USB ports they was broken also so stayed in room I originally cleaned this was an horrible experience.

We liked everything. Our room was clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast great. Coffee and food hot and fresh . It was so convenient to Walmart and many other eating establishments. Near the navy recruit center. There was a Bowling alley through adjoining parking lot. Great for family fun!! It was all just perfect!!

Very clean hotel, tasty continental breakfast, and conveniently located near restaurants and shops.

Staff welcoming, breakfast was excellent enjoyed our stay close to everything, shuttle service thank you!

The property is located in a safe, quiet community. It’s near a few shopping centers and food spots. It is a bit away from Chicago and a few areas of interest. Just need to plan a head of time, especially if your attending the Navel Boot Camp Graduation ceremonies.

The staff was very professional and friendly, the housekeepers were amazing, room was immaculate and clean.
