多倫多機場皮爾遜會議飯店的評論

住酒店只是為了某個在附近的event，酒店只是晚上睡了一會，什麼設施都沒有管過。這酒店是比較普通的那種，早上提供早餐。在北美提供早餐的都是旅館，不會是高檔的酒店。早餐也是很一般北美早餐，沒多少選擇。房間冷暖氣是一台非常舊式的，你要是睡在靠冷氣那邊的床，它開動的時候風量會很大也比較冷，睡另一張離遠一點的床會比較好。但是你也不能把冷氣調低，不然房間會不夠冷。冷氣開動的時候音量也不少。還好我們兩個人對背景噪音沒有很敏感，不影響睡覺。怕吵的人會不行。因為我們的房間是在最高層，天氣熱走廊也非常熱。走廊也是就是這一台在床邊的冷暖氣，明顯這酒店就沒有中央空調。一切都還好，一般一般。

I swore off comfort inn motels a couple of years ago, but I was desperate and this one was close to the airport for a fight diversion. They offered a shuttle service which took an hour and a 15 to get to me, 45 minutes longer than the 30 minute wait I was told. Room was clean, modern and the usual comfort inn smell. Bed and pillows comfortable. Good breakfast, again, not the usual comfort inn fruit loops and bagels

I was told when I checked in that my credit card was declined when I booked through ******* so I didn't have a room. I was not notified of that prior to check in. They rebooked my room without *******.

I always take time to read the reviews for a place before I book a place this time I didn’t have time and just went ahead and booked the room..The part of the building we were staying is very old , smells musty like they are still trying to get the cigarettes smell from the old days..apparently stand showers only and because I am a bath lover went to front desk to enquire about a bathtub and the front desk person told me it was stand shower only ..Checked the website and of course there are rooms with a bathtub but the lack of customer service was very upsetting.My partner went to show them the rooms with the bathtub and they said it costs $80 more .For a freaking bathtub??? So we are not coming back or recommend this hotel.

Front reception was unprofessional and aggressive toward me over a mix up with the booking and did not want to accommodate the situation. Was extremely unprofessional

The parking was limited and had garbage all around. There was low hanging branches along the side of the parking lot. The elevator was broken for one of the nights, a little inconvenient however was taking care of in a timely manner.

La propreté n'est pas mal. Le service est mauvais . J'ai changé de chambre parce qu'il n'était pas possible de bloquer la toilette qui était bouchée.

Everything was good. Quick check in and check out. Room was clean and spacious enough for two. Free continental breakfast was just what one gets. Nothing more. But there was plentiness of what was there . As well, a girl that continually stocked things up.
