The room was a decent one and clean, however, there were multiple power cuts and the lights started to flicker at night that too with a loud noise.

Be cautious before booking this hotel. The front desk staff often don't provide the room type you reserve, and you'll need to push back to get what you booked. The dining experience is subpar as well. While some staff members are friendly, be wary of those handling payments. You may face unexpectedly high charges, as they don’t disclose prices upfront, only surprising you with unreasonable bills after the service. Watch out for the F&B manager, Kashif, who appears more focused on maximizing profits than providing service. Another staff member, Saurabh, at the front desk, is skilled at defending these questionable practices and pressuring guests to pay. If you’re using a foreign credit card, be extra careful—they might charge $5000 instead of Rs. 5000. Thankfully, my bank blocked such a transaction. The property is also located near several nightclubs, and since the rooms are not soundproof, expect to hear loud music late into the night. Also no hotel drive in lobby. If raining you pull luggage out in rain and take it in under roof yourself. When you go out of hotel in morning, you will be greeted by beggars. Hotel staff feels that it’s not their responsibility keep front of hotel clean and presentable.

Really had a good breakfast Khusbu and Saurabh were so prompt at serving best as asked for. Had a pleasant stay at!. Room and bathroom were well maintained clean will visit again . Around there are so many clubs and places to visit. Quick check in

Good Ambience and good staff behaviour miss Renu. Good food and overall service is very good. All staffs are friendly and polite. Staffs are enthusiastic, I'm visiting 2 times in this hotel. All things are likeable. Seriously I want to visit once again.

This hotel is best located and gives good blend of nearest working place and closest party place.... The hospitality is awesome, as this was my 3rd stay in past 6 months for a duration of a week each time, chefs have not always brought something new on the buffet... Its like you wake up to be surprised with wide spread and want to reach hotel after long work to feel cozy n relaxed in superbly placed (not too soft not hard) bed, which let your body brathe and pump you with refreshed start. Staff here is amazingly supportive, polite and professional starting from Manager Gaurav Kakar to Chef Gaurav and Ashish who ensure you eat nutritious food to the security, housekeeping and other staff... I strongly recommend Lemon Tree P1 to be your best stay partner in Gurgaon... Keep it up 😀 👍

Amazing place to stay ! You get a premium feeling as soon as you walk in. The hospitality of the staff is worth pleasing. Thanks to Ms. Bari Jana , Shivansh & of course Mr. Saurabh Asst. Manager Front Desk for ensuring all needs are taken care of during our stay over there . The housekeeping team - Ms.Renu , Mr. Divyansh , & Sahil were extremely helpful and ensured the room properly cleaned & maintained nicely during our stay. The “ Citrus “ restaurant served us mouth-watering / delicious food and the Chefs – Mr. Ashish and Mr. Gaurav Khanna assisted by Gajendra , Dev & Manish and the F & B team especially Mr. Kashif – Retaurant Manager & Mr. Nitin Asst. Manager ***** with Mr.Kuldeep. Kamlesh , Lokesh , Prasanna, Rohit, Parveen ,Pankaj, Rohit , Parveen and Ms. Bani / Kushboo ensured that we had a wonderful dining experience throughout our stay in hotel. “ No doubt, the food was great, and we loved the breakfast with vast selection of cuisine to start the day.” Overall, we loved the hospitality. 10/10 would recommend. Many thank once again to LT Premier -1 team lead by HGM Mr. Gaurav Kakkar.

* We stay for a week in the hotel and We found very familiar approach and support from all the hotel staff. *The food, Hotel rooms, dinning area and housekeeping was very excellent. * The behaviour of house keeping and service department was very polite and help us arrange the all the things as per requirement. * Hygiene was very well maintained in the Rooms bathrooms and all over hotel. * As we were travel with our toddler. In this case housekeeping department did special care of us. I specifically very thankful to Mr. Rohit Bose, Sahil, Renu, Vivek and Aalam who all taking care of us.

Wonderful experience!! Excellent food and fantastic room service. Room is very nicely kept. Decoration was optimum level. Overall a very comfortable stay. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a comfortable stay with good food.Keep it up👍🏼

The staff is so so good that being at hotel becomes a breeze. A special mention to Mahipal. He made sure that all my needs are catered to the T. His attitude and humbleness is remarkable. Thank you so much Mahipal in being such a big support 😊🙏😊
