Staff was very friendly, very clean hotel. Just wished we could have seen the ocean from our room. We had the view of the parking lot. Some rooms you could see the ocean.

We loved this place! Great family atmosphere, nice breakfast and outstanding view for being across the road from the beach! Easily walkable to the beach and waffle house!

Our room was spacious and very clean. They provided daily room service which is rare now. There is also a painting when you get off the elevator on the 6th floor that we absolutely loved! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Comfortable, clean and right across from the beach. Will stay again. **Booking caution** If you select the 'Pay at Hotel' option, the hotel's policy requires that the first night of the stay be paid/authorized --at least 48 hours prior to arrival. This is not mentioned or noted ANYwhere on the hotel information, the reservation page nor in the confirmation email. Additionally, the hotel information says that they do not accept cash but they do accept cash as payment upon checkout.

Checkin by Anastasia was great and accommodations were perfect! We wanted to stay longer but weather was not boating appropriate!

Good free parking, new asphalt. My favorite breakfast - "free". LOL Waffles, cheese food omelets, bacon, sausage, cereal, fruits, etc. Not gourmet, but good enough for a start of day. Great location near park & trails, restaurants, etc. Beach across street & 1/2 block west. Newer property. Probably 4th time there.

Check in was simple. The room was clean and neat. No complaints. The only shortcoming was in the doneness of the breakfast sausage/patties. Yes, it is a "continental" buffet. Yes, it is going to contain institutional fluffy eggs, but the sausages and sausage patties looked anemic. Whileno doubt they were sterile and safe, they had the appeal of a slapped haddock in a box. Perhaps invest in some with fake brown coloring. The cadaverous grey was too in tune with the current Halloween season to be appetizing. Great stay otherwise. Seriously. I will be recommending you to others. I had to dig deep to find a fault, and even thst was a stretch. Thank you!

The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice view of pool and gulf. Staff was pleasant and helpful with recommendations of local spots for dining
