when i booked this site and also refered it to others in my party. 3 sets of guests. nothing was ever said they were remodeling. hallways were left dirty construction going on during the day. help was so so. my room had no information in it. was't able to get my chair in the room to work. i give it a 4 out of 10.

I had a great experience with the staff and the room! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful and the too was clean and comfortable! The only complaint was that it was difficult to walk to and from the hotel as there were no sidewalks leading to and from the hotel. But aside from that it was a fantastic stay!

No wifi connections in room. load bathroom fan, cramped bathroom. roof of building at eye level, noisy from roof HVAC system. Lousy food, old fruit, no eggs without cheese. Area under construction. You really lost me as a quest!!

The property and room are being renovated which wasn’t disclosed to us at the time we reserved a room. Our room was not even finished and the quality was such that we left a night early rather than be there longer.

Check in was easy, room was decent. There was a slight scent of smoke in the room, #207. The hot tub and pool need to be resurfaced badly. There was a band aid left on the deck first am and several items at the bottom of the pool. Vending machine doesn't have bottled water.

I didn’t like having my walls rattling and loud construction noises in the morning. I was out late and needed the sleep.
Also, it smelled like smoke in my room.
Breakfast was terrible, the OJ was just orange water.
Staff was friendly.

Staff were very nice. Place undergoing a refurb so a fair bit of construction noise during the week day.

The hotel had wonderful size rooms and was located in a convenient place. The environment around hotel was a little run down and dirty. The hotel was currently under renovation.
The staff were gracious and helpful.
