Yes very fluffy the ladies are nice sweet and caring I wouldn’t stay no where else but here I’ll choose this place over the Hilton any day!!! Kept my room clean and gave me great conversation makes you really feel like family here!!!

I had a wonderful experience staying here for my business trip. Was there for a couple of weeks. The location was very central and easy access to many places They have very friendly and efficient front desk and I must say, notably, Nancy was an absolute charm. Thanks guys

This is a great place to stay. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. If there are any issues they take care of things as soon as possible and the whole staff is friendly and polite.

I stayed for holiday vacation, I enjoyed my stay, the staff was friendly at the check in , the room was super clean. The hotel close to the mall and alot of restaurants around the hotel. We definitely will return back.

This review is for the front desk girl , Karoleen. She is such a gem , and always available when I come to front desk, knows me personally , and always has a smile on her face . However. I do wish the hotel was a little bit updated, such as the beds, and another positive note is, I have not seen any bugs.

The staff was very friendly, this is a great hotel to stay for long term. The rooms were very clean and nice there was nothing that I didn’t like. I really Liked the kitchen and how convenient everything was. I recommend this hotel for long term stay definitely.

Amazing Customer Service. Karoleen at the front desk has also done an amazing job taking care of all my needs. She’s very nice and respectful and friendly. Room and overall stay fit best for all my needs. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend it!!!

My children and I have been staying here for about six months now and we love it. The staff is so friendly. It’s almost like they’ve become family. The rooms are clean, it’s quiet, and I love the access to shopping stores and restaurants near by!

Front desk karoleen was very nice the room was very comfortable would definitely recommend the room is very big and fits 4 with the pull out sofa I came for a couples of days and every time I needed something karoleen was there to help and make our stay easiar.
