I’m on the road often for works and homewood suites is always home away from home. The actual room and front desk service was 10/10. The front desk support was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and immediately ready. Now the restaurant bar was a solid 6/10. The bartender was friendly the drinks were great. In my opinion a little over priced for the area but that’s common for hotel bars. The food was not good. I was told there was an actual grill in the back but based on the temp, taste and texture of the food it seem microwaved. To be clear I would still recommend the hotel and bar just not the food.

The staff was extremely pleasant to talk with and hotel was spotless Even though it was fairly new you could tell it was still very well taken care of

Check in and out were super quick and easy. Staff was absolutely friendly from the desk to cleaning services. Our room was very spacious and clean. My family was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Would love to visit again in the future.

Great lodging in Greenville. The best - new facility and outstanding staff with service and comfort in mind. Beautiful and well appointed rooms. Will be back.

Really clean room, bed super comfy and shower amazing. We had a king suite snd it really was sweet. The room was spacious. The only ‘complaint’ I may have is closing the door while on the comode. Not enough space. Breakfast was typical but good enough. Would stay there again for sure

Management lacked in customer service. We arrived 30 minutes prior to check in and the manager was not able to give us access to our room. We had contacted the hotel earlier trying to confirm an early check-in and the phone call was disconnected numerous times. Upon arrival the manager refused to accommodate us in any way.

My stay was amazing. Jonathan, the front desk representative, was top notch. He went above & beyond! I was able to do early check-in, which was so convenient. From the time an arrived til the time I checked out, customer service was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was great & the lounge was clean!
