All good just front desk people not nice.

Very quick and easy check-in. The room was really clean, more than enough towels considering there was just 2 of us for the evening, parking is decent. I was very pleased with my experience, and would book again. There is a mall right across the street from the hotel - which worked perfectly as we were planning on doing some shopping. Overall, 10/10.

Not worth it. Loud and a bit run down. Elevators were under service during my stay. Breakfast wasn't good at all and they charged me for it despite it being included in my stay. I had to dispute the charges. I've had better breakfast at hotels half the price and decades newer. Only reason to stay here is if you're attending an event that's hosted there and your work is paying for it.

The hotel entrance was confusing. There were no carts available for luggage or anyone to ask for a cart. The escalator and elevators were broken. Checkin was fairly quick. The room was clean. The hotel food was horrible. Josephs has lack of service and I will never walk into this reataraunt again. The staff were rude and I cant speak to the food because after an hour of being there and waiting for water and our order we ended up leaving. Highly disgusted by the lack of service and communication. This was the worst stay I have ever experienced at a Sheraton Hotel

We enjoyed our stay on the Tower I side. The room was immaculate. There was an elevator that was out of order on the Tower I side, which caused major delays and large crowds. Once my hubby and I realized we could catch the elevator at the other tower and walk across to our side of the hotel (Tower I) we didn’t mind coming and going.

This place has the potential to be really nice, the breakfast ****** for the price! It was clean for the most part! Parking was a nightmare. There was so many drunk people everywhere though and it says no smoking and everywhere i went there was smoking

We had an amazing stay. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Great location. Right next door to a mall and plenty of places to eat nearby. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.
