We stayed in the Jacuzzi suite with King size bed, I would have to say mediocre at best. Not worth the price tag of over $250 a night. The Wifi is included but you had to pay extra for streaming, ridiculous. The toilet paper is what the hospital uses, and scratches your bottom just the same! Attention to detail was certainly not there. For example, stained and cracked lamp shade, no extra towels for hot tub, nor nice fuzzy robes. We stayed two nights and would not recommend.

Stopped in for some much needed rest after long days drive taking a loaded U-Haul down to Toronto. Booked our rm on choice hotels app(app not worked but went inside to confirm) and check in was quick with friendly staff. Room was nicely updated with all amenities, clean, comfortable bed. The hot breakfast was decent with good variety of food.

My experience at the Best Western Hotel was outstanding. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel valued as a guest. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center were impressive. The convenient location of the hotel made it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend the Best Western Hotel Sudbury for its exceptional hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location.
