舒適飯店-東區(Comfort Inn East)

We upgraded rooms because our first room had 1 bed and when we got our second room we receive a call saying their charging us for both rooms because we had “used the washroom” as we had too after we drove for 5 hours from Toronto. The lady At the front desk then kicked us out and forced us to pay the extra room fee and we had to drive 5 hours back to Toronto which was very scary. Will not be staying here or recommending for anyone.

I didn't like that they chased me away to get another hotel coz I didn't have a credit card. I had just flown into the country. I had to be saved from the streets by Good people who offered to help with their credit cards. To make things worse, the receptionist was not empathetic or remorseful. Kept asking myself, would this still have happened if I was checking in at night? I think they need to be more human or considerate.

The hotel room bathroom towels were dirty. I went to the cleaning stuff to get new towels. They did not care. But gave me new ones. The heating system was very loud. We turn it off and it was quite cold that evening. Will not use or recommend this hotel. Regards Nelia

Room smelt like a locker room. Not a very pleasant stay

Dislike company policies. Hotel was dated but maintained, overall if my un used days were refunded I would return

AC kept going off through out the night, wasn’t able to sleep

The smell was terrible

The staff was super helpful, attentive. The ice water at the lobby was a great idea to have on hand for those who need a refreshing drink. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The heater in the room was functional. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were super soft and cool on the skin.
