Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sudbury

la première nuit c'est bien passé, la 2e nuit vers minuit je me suis levé pour aller à la salle de toilette, au sol il y avait une infestation de petite fourmi en pensant que s'il avait des fourmis dans la salle de toilette il pouvait en avoir dans la chambre mais impossible de les voir car le plancher était tout en tapis de couleur foncé, j'ai descendu à la réception pour leur mentionner, on nous a changé de chambre et vers 2 hrs du matin on a réussi à dormir un peu. Voilà pour mon expérience :( :( :(

Hotel was very nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were also very well maintained. First day for breakfast was decent and server was nice but on the second morning item spots changed and when you asked the server on that day this one wasn’t very friendly and it seemed like an inconvenience to ask for anything. Everything else about this hotel was great and we would book again

We were there for 2 days. Room service was not provided. We reminded on our return. No real action taken other than providing extra set of towels. The used ones was asked to be left outside our room which was moved the following day. The breakfast was very basic. Not a whole lot of options considering paying $200 for a room. The only good thing about this hot is location. The lady who prepares the breakfast and serve not happy with her job. There is no greeting from her to any guest. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel

Les chambres sont petites, mais confortables et propres. Une lumière était défectueuse à la piscine et clignotait sans cesse pendant plus de 3 jours… le personnel était gentil mais blasé. Bon rapport qualité prix.

There must be thin insulation in the ceilings as we could hear every steps from the people above. At 3.00 am, three very noisy guests decided to have an argument in the hallway. At 5.00, a guest decided to fill their cooler with ice.

Did not like the cost, or the way the prices were escalated on different days. I won’t stay at another Microtel Inn.

I liked the easy access to the facility. I didn’t like the fact of finding long hairs on the beds and shower walls and bathroom floor.

Was a nice space on a hill. Thought i would get a great view and the view from my room was rocks and trash all over.
