I chose this hotel because it had shuttle service from DFW. I was told that this service was available until 1am, but when I arrived at 11:30pm and called the number posted, it turned out to be a corporate number that spent 10 minutes trying to sign me up for their corporate services. When they finally got me to the help desk person, she could not communicate with the hotel. She finally tracked down someone in the hotel 45 minutes later to send out the shuttle at 12:45pm, and I didn't get to the hotel until 1pm, losing over an hour of sleep. The shuttle driver and and front desk man were nice and helpful. But I had breakfast at 7:30am, well before the 9am close, and they had already run out of many food items with no one there to help get more. I have had good experiences with Comfort Inn in the past, but not this time.
