Black girl with a mask No help, on her personal cell phone, training a new hire Caucasian male had an attitude, sad very sad,
Fortunately the new shift girl blond Caucasian was friendly and assisted with our check in.
I rented 2 rooms!!

The Breakfast Buffet for $7.95 wasn't anything to brag about. Only hard boiled eggs, so I paid $14 to get scrambled eggs and access to the breakfast bar! Quick table service, but saved me driving after 13 hours on the road :-).

The room was great, but they absolutely need to add another person at the front desk. The front desk clerk kept answering the phone when we were trying to check in, and I had a question when I was trying to check out, and that clerk kept answering the phone. I had a plane to catch, so I just left. So very frustrating for everyone.

I like the property. What I do t like is that or they through is to the end of the aisle (carrying luggages too far is not good neither for me or my partner) or they place us in a room with the view of a roof. Next time I’ll chose another hotel. Didn’t like the way receptionist treated us: too cold, not with a good mood.

The pool was ice cold. We paid extra to have an indoor pool at our hotel and we couldn't use it. The heat/a/c in our room was super wonky. They refused to take our service animal ids upon arrival and then against the law charged us pet fees. They also charged a cleaning fee when we left and our room was left how it was when we qrrived. 3 witnesses to this. We have never had an issue with a hotel and our pets... they said they would refund and then never did. We are having to get a lawyer involved.
Ridiculous.

A third of the tv channels did not work and it took 3 calls and 2 days to get that resolved. They also changed their policy on changing linens but did not remove the old pamphlets from the rooms which detailed the house keeping process so I was unable to get my linens changed despite following the "How it Works" pamphlet provided. Overall, front desk and management teams were very unhelpful in resolving these issues.

The website said free airport shuttle. When I arrived after a long day of travel I was told that there was no shuttle.
Upon check in I was charged more for my room that was expected and only after I checked my card and went back to front desk was it explained that this extra $15 was for incidentals. This should have been explained to me upon check in.

Just be watchful of your items in the lobby
One of our party forgot their cell phone on the couch turned around 2 blocks down the road it was gone. They pinged their phone and it was at the hotel than 30 minutes later it pinged at the apartment complex behind it. So, the staff isnt trustworthy

Digital key did not work, but the staff was incredibly friendly. Had accessible room - only suggestion would be to have one bed a little lower to accommodate shorter people in wheelchairs who cannot stand and transfer from chair to bed. Overall, great experience.
