格拉納達的寵物友善飯店

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

位置很方便，我覺得去哪兒都方便，格拉納達不大，所以打的也不貴，酒店附近有一家大眾點評排名第一的餐館，很不錯哦，值得一試。遇到電梯故障，兩台電梯全壞了，提行李上3樓很吃力。

A charming hotel in the centre of Granada. Only a short walk away from all the key sites. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very nice but our air conditioning (room 40) struggled with the heat, which made the room pretty unusable during the day - fortunately we were out and about. If you haven’t been the Alhambra was impressive but should be done with a proper tour guide to really appreciate the history of the place. Breakfast was good and we ate at the hotel one night, where we had a lovely table and some fabulous Spanish wine (with very little mark up from UK prices).

We loved our stay here. It was in a great location and had everything we needed. Mostly we were deeply impressed with the family atmosphere and care. I got sick while I was in Granada and the staff went above and beyond for me. I am grateful to Jose Luis who was incredibly empathetic and caring. Then Laura took extra time and care to get us to the airport knowing how I was feeling. I was very impressed with the support and real service provided.

Vakantiediscounter brengt ons in dit hotel. Wat onhandig gelegen hotel dat alleen via de achterkant te bereiken is. De ingang ligt aan een groot plein, ontoegankelijk voor auto’s. We lazen dat er beperkte parkeermogelijkheden zijn bij het hotel zelf en de parkeerplaatsen kosten 24 euro per nacht. Voor een of twee nachten is dit geen probleem, maar we verblijven 11 dagen dus we kozen ervoor om de nabij gelegen te gebruiken. Om daar vervolgens te komen is ern hell of a job. Granada blinkt niet uit in autovriendelijkheid. Uiteindelijk lukt het en voor € 80,- zijn we klaar. Het hotel oogt verzorgt en redelijk modern. Personeel is vriendelijk, kamers mooi en schoon. Koffie en thee op de kamer wordt iedere dag aangevuld. We krijgen bon voor spa. Deze moeten we nog benutten. We hebben alleen logies, maar de cafetaria bij het hotel ziet er leuk uit en de prijs van de consumpties is redelijk. Het hotel ligt op een te behappen loopafstand van het centrum. Met 20 minuten sta je bij de kathedraal. Voor het openbaar vervoer moet je eerst het grote plein voor het hotel oversteken.

We chose this hotel for our three-night stay largely based on its location and the fact the we are driving a car. Driving access to and from is easy and you have private (small additional cost) parking below. While a couple km from the city center it is a straight shot into the historic center. A tram station and bus stop are immediately across the street should you choose to use public transport. Our room is good sized, very usefully furnished and extremely clean with a large, immaculate bath. Everything appears nearly new. The mattress is nicely firm and the linens (including top sheet) comfortable. The blackout drapery keeps our east facing room in near complete darkness in the morning. Said east facing rooms give an excellent view of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. The continental breakfast (extra cost) is a fair value. It is buffet style which in COVID times means you don plastic gloves when getting food. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The price at present is a genuine bargain. In fact it is so low that I feared it too good to be true. It is true!

Rude and appalling service from front desk. I have never written a review before. I asked for a room with a view when the hotel was half empty. I was told I was complaining and the room allocated was the room given- overlooking the main road at the back in the dark, rather than Sierra Nevada at the front! with a glorious sunset! I finally got my room changed, then I was sent miles to park my car and went around for 20 minutes. Hotel car park extremely expensive and even though it was totally empty underground I was told I was taking 2 spaces and might be charged for 2. I was extremely angry and it was totally unnecessary behaviour. Manager was roughly dressed like a guest and after an argument I felt we had to leave as i was told to apologise if I wanted to be able to stay. Complete jobsworth people. everything was a problem. I would not stay there ever again. Now in a nice hotel with friendly staff. Totally unpleasant experience.

今次住呢間酒店位於比較市中心嘅地方所以好方便，直行出去就係大馬路。再行前少少就有唔同嘅餐廳喺小巷入面，而且鄰近阿拉伯市集同廣場。購物同食嘢都唔需要擔心。
