My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel and if our room. Also, the room had plenty of space for both of us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We could easily navigate the city and the Alhambra from our base, and public transport was close by and easy to use.
We spent 3 nights in these suites & had a lovely stay. The suites are spacious, clean, great price & a fantastic city location. The bathrooms are huge & offer 2 showers! The staff are friendly & offer lots of good tips for getting around Granada. Really great team running the suites. The roof top pool is perfect for a cold dip after a long day exploring the beautiful streets of Granada. Parking is available & the reception team support accessing the lift to the carpark. Would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Granada & wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
A tarifa do estacionamento do hotel é bastante alta.
訪訪客We stayed here for 3 nights in June. The rooms were very spacious and modern. The bathroom was also very clean and modern. Toiletries were provided. The Location was good, it was around a 10-15min walk to good restaurants ect. Plenty of shops round the corner too. We needed a taxi to go to Al-hambra which took around 10-12mins. Train station 5mins walk away. Taxis were not too expensive. The breakfast buffet was also very nice, plenty of vegetarian options for us. All the staff at the hotel were polite and very helpful. Lobby has a nice seating area but we didn't get time to sit and relax. The bathroom doors are made from glass and have gaps in them which I didn't like. No iron or kettle in the room, so took my own which really added to my luggage space! I think they should provide these. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. I loved the room and giant bed.
訪訪客We stayed for 3 nights at the Hotel Tent, Granada (it used to be the Hotel Abba, Granada, so some photos are out-of-date) as part of a tour of Andalucia. It is in a fairly convenient location, less than a mile from the Cathedral and main shops, but around two miles from the Alhambra entrance. It has a grand entrance, but our experience was no better than average. Our room was large and comfortable, but the big windows looked directly into the bedrooms only a few metres away, so we rarely opened the curtains. We ate one evening in the bar, which had reasonable food. While the breakfast buffet had a wide choice, the quality was a bit disappointing: even the fresh orange slices were stringy. Service was patchy: things like tea and toiletry sachets and toilet rolls were not replaced. When I went down to Reception on our last evening and asked for shampoo sachets, the man there grumpily said they didn’t do them, one should use body wash. I returned with an empty shampoo sachet, and still grumpy, without apology, he got someone from Housekeeping who provided the shampoo. It looks as if service manners and efficiency need some improvement.
訪訪客We spent two nights at this perfectly located hotel with 31 rooms. There are several reasons why our expectations to a 4-star level hotel were not met: 1. There is a small reception desk in the corner of the restaurant. It is clearly understaffed with one (as in one only) young staff member. We tried to call the hotel three times, but no one picked up. We were told it was “because I’m busy”. For the same reason do not expect any help to unload your luggage from your car or a bellboy offering to take it to your room. 2. The hotel is collocated with a hipster-like brasserie where (very) loud music is playing from the early hours till late at night. For us, it was obvious that hotel guests are given much less attention and service compared to restaurant guests. 3. The rooms are quite crampy and sometimes quite noisy (located above a busy bus stop) too. The hotel does not offer bathrobes, the towels were tattered and worn, and the slippers were of the cheapest quality. 4. A breakfast buffet is not offered. The breakfast is al la carte and ordered at the table. We experienced that the kitchen was unable to serve 50% of the items we ordered. Our smoothies are not thick, creamy beverages, as they should be – but waterish… and tasted like a blended cucumber. Our poached eggs were not poached but fried in Octopus Ball Pan. Poached eggs are boiled, not fried. The breakfast was definitely not at a 4-star level, but rather 2. All in all, this is a reasonable 3-star hotel. But the 4th star is simply not earned. Adjust your expectations accordingly.
MMatthew CAMC Granada is rated as a 1-star hotel, but it definitely didn't feel like it! The room we had on the 3rd floor was spacious, extremely clean, and the white walls complemented the sunlight that soaks in when you open the windows. This depends on what side of the hotel you're in, but we also luckily had the side where the windows faced Plaza Nueva. We were lucky to just open the windows and see flamenco across the street and even the procession going down the street when it happened while being away from all the craziness! The location is also prime to all the bus stops that'll take you to the Alhambra, Sacromonte, and walking distance to the nearby shopping, eats, and hammam baths! And huge shoutout to the manager at the front desk, Pilar. She was so helpful in getting us everything we needed including answering all of our questions, helping us coordinate our delayed luggage delivery, and even being patient with my broken Spanish which you don't need to know because she's fluent in English.
EEvangeliaGreat concept, good for photos. BUT our capsule no 7 was defective: the door was no locking, the key card holder was taped and so there was no good connection for electricity, and AC in the capsule was not working either. We had to sleep with the door open in order to be able to breath.
The door in the room is unlocked and everyone could enter. The patio is right next to the room, so there is a lot ot noise. People drinking until late and no one from the staff around to supervise. At around 2.30,drunk people entered in the room, a man started shouting and hitting a woman in the face, more people were involved and finally somebody called the police.
We felt super unsafe, especially without having the possibility to lock our capsule door.
Wouldn't go back.
