Jacy'z飯店和度假村(Jacy'z Hotel & Resort)

Bodde på JQ-våningen, fantastisk incheckning med bubbel och en kul cocktail-bar. Rummet var fint, enda klagomålet var väl att golvet i badrummet hade fel fall från duschen så vatten rann ut i hela badrummet. Men små problem. Magisk frukost på vån 27 som bara den var värd hela vistelsen.

Had the worst ever experience on the brunch. Our group had to Walt for 40 minutes until we get a waiter. I asked 3 times (!) to the headwaitress and the Staff was not avaible for taking our orders. When a glass sent broken on the table we as guests had to clean the table with our own napkins and the Staff didnt even bother to ask if we want help to clean the mess. Avoid this place!

Har bott på hotellet ett flertal gånger under det senaste året och tycker att det fantastiska börjar falna. Med tanke på läget behöver det vara något alldeles extra men det extra saknas. Det finns t ex ingen filt på rummet, saknas el i ett uttag så det går inte att använda, behöver köpa kaffe i baren om man vill ha kaffe, dåligt ljud i TVn. Listan kan fortsätta…

The worst hotel I've ever seen. Rude staff special night staff, dirty rum. difficult to reach the reception by phone call, had to wait 2 hours almost. . I feel like I've thrown my money in the trash. ugh

Really Nice and modern hotel with great amenities, the interior is exceptional. Gym is really Nice as well as the pool club area. I did miss a coffee machine in-room as well as it feld odd to be having to pay for a cappucino during the breakfast (which otherwise was Nice too!)

WOW this hotel is amazing. Very clean throughout, very luxurious, the reception area, bar area was very welcoming. Shuffleboard game and table tennis in the bar area too this was a pleasant and fun addition. Downside was the disorganised situation with the breakfast, as no defined route or coordination, but after a few minutes of looking around and seeing where everything was it was excellent.

Parece un hotel que quiere ser una discoteca, con una bola reflectante en el techo de la recepción, música alta en el lobby y en los pasillos, inodoros *****s en las habitaciones y terciopelo por todas partes. La mayor consecuencia de esta crisis de identidad para los huéspedes es la confusión del personal y de los espacios comunes hotel: los recepcionistas son majos, pero apuntaron mal la matrícula de nuestro coche (dos veces) así que nos multaron en el parking concertado (de pago) del hotel y no dan la sensación de saber lo que hacer en ningún momento (pánico constante cuando alguien tiene que recoger una maleta previamente dejada en consigna). Para llegar a dicho parking hay que atravesar la cocina, donde se puede ver a los camareros almorzando o cenando según la hora del día (parece la escena de Unos de los nuestros donde Ray Liotta entra en una discoteca desde la cocina). Las habitaciones y las camas están bien, pero también aquí hay detalles raros como la falta de caja fuerte, teléfono y pañuelos. Además está situado en una zona de oficinas incómoda para alcanzar el centro de Göteborg y demás puntos de interés, como Liseberg, por ejemplo. Resumiendo, un hotel claramente no para familias y más enfocado a un público joven que viene aquí a divertirse en el club Pachanga (una discoteca dura y pura, en el piso 27) y no para hacer turismo

The most underrated hotel I have ever stayed in. Truly exceptional and the most amazing staff in every single function, cleaners, security, waiting staff, reception, croupier; all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Food was amazing and the room was fabulous. The ONLY place to stay in Gothenburg!

The perfect hotel for a trip to Gotenborg. Nice big rooms with perfect view (18.th.floor.) Very friendly and welcoming staff. The upgrades are worth the extra, get access to the sky bar (breakfast) and evening bar. Garage with inside walkway to the hotel. Close to shopping and centrum We will use this hotel again..
