SpringHill Suites Baton Rouge Gonzales

Solo pasamos la noche en familia para el siguiente día continuar nuestro viaje. El hotel esta muy elegante y muy limpio. El personal muy amable. Y el desayuno estuvo delicioso huevos , tocino , jugo, pan, cafe, leche con chocolate, cereales, avena, yogurt, frutas, fresas, plátano, naranja, manzana.

Hotel bien situé pour une visite de Baton Rouge / Nouvelle Orléans / Plantation. Il y a beaucoup de restaurant autour et un outlet.

Very accomodating for our large group and moved us all to be on one floor

Blonde female was working the desk when we checked in was amazing! We had travelled in from out of state to visit family and we were able to check in early- kudos to her! Breakfast area was well stocked and cleaned often. We were greeted as we came and went by housekeeping and the front desk staff. We asked for extra towels and they were brought up quick even when we offered to retrieve them and the man who dropped them off was very friendly! Downside - no lock on the bathroom door, we had to wedge a wash cloth under it. The room wasn’t super clean - we found change on the floor and the bathroom walls were dirty. Possibly a male manager didn’t seem to care to interact with us. We had a lighting issue that we ended up figuring out on our own, but he was very dismissive and rude when we asked for assistance. Mind you it takes alot for us to speak up and ask for anything. Overall our stay was good.

The room was very clean and smells fresh. Very assembled to the restaurants and outlet mall.

I could hear toilets flushing and other people taking showers in the next room. The drain in the shower made noise all night . There was food left in the fridge from the last guest . Over all not a good stay
