海洋住宅綜合公寓飯店(La Mer Apartcomplex and Spa)

Liked: The only things great about this property are the building exteriors and the nice plants. Beside that... only disappointments all around :( Disliked:  · I don't write reviews too often, but the disappointment here was unbelievable: - Very bad client service - Reception personnel cannot understand english well and are not helpful - The parking valet was not polite - The blond reception woman mistaken the place of our apartment and gave us a parking spot at the wrong floor. Lost at least 45 minutes with this issue when we arrived - Breakfast starts at 8:30. We arrived at 9 and waited in a long line until 9:45 for breakfast refill. No manager was on duty. The waiters told us that they cannot help because there is no manager they can call. (I leave here o photo of the 5 star breakfast table) - In our bathroom there was a hole in the wall for the water meter and no cover, so the pipes were exposed - Very Weak wi-fi signal in our room - Some lights were missing in our room - The pool is small. In the kids pool there are some tiles missing and you can see the concrete. - The beach is small (that's not the problem) and is full of sea****. Nobody cleaned it for the period of our stay. Bad smell. - In the water there are a lot of stones. You cannot swim away because of stones barrier - Reception personnel don't have infos about SPA fares or working hours. They advise you to go there and check it by yourself. - And the worst thing: I have written a kind email to reception and hotel management and I didn't get any response till the moment I am writing this review. :( So disappointed about our stay in Bulgaria this time.

The buildings are nice,so is the garden but nothing else to write home about.. We had no hot water for a day,they had to fix it. No door at he visitation window for the pipes in the bathroom and it took 3 days to fix it,and us complainig every day at the reception.. No pastery,none, for breakfast(forget the croissants),you have to bag at the bar for a small expresso,no coffee machine,juice 3 quarters water,very diluted,or just plain water, fried hot dogs and horible sausages,all kinds of eggs,a very poor continental breakfast.. Not enough waiters,2 for 50+ people..All enclusive ..a la cart.. The beach is a joke,takes 5 min to walk it. 2 rows of sun beds,the fisrst one in the water.You have to come at 6.30 to be able to get a spot. A portion of the non existent beach,is restricted,10 sun beds for the owner and his family,if they come..Never did while we were there..Poor service,at every level,poor food,NO WI FI in the appartment,just some signal on the beach..A -3* hotel at the price for 5*.Outside the hotel it is Chernobyl,abandoned buildings,mountains of garbage,unkept green spaces,dirty roads. There are 2 restaurants around to eat in the proximity.If you do not have a reservation,you starve..Outside it looks deserted,and neglected for at least the last 10 years..They take advantage of the tourists and for some reason,the Romanians are putting up w/this..We left 4 days earlier and regret every minute that we were there.. a disaster through and through..Never again.Look for a diffrent place for your vacation.NO covid there,no distance,NO sanitazer,no masks or gloves for personnel..There is no pandemia there,do NOT go!!! They do NOT speak English,any info is in Bulgarian,no other language used on the premises..
