Clean friendly well equipped for all your needs

La limpieza perfecta, me hubiera gustado un poco mas de atencion al check in, no me mencionaron ninguno de los servicios con lo que contaba el hotel, ni horarios.

Good hotel for the price. Friendly staff; clean interior and exterior; clean and comfortable rooms; location good for shopping and dining.

Rooms recently renovated and the bathroom was light and bright. Lots of lights in the room which was great and rooms were spacious. Also some basic supplies on site which was great.

First off, I want to give Kyle a shoutout at the front desk for his amazing service and personality. We were coming in from Vegas to watch the Ravens play and had our jerseys on excited before the game. Kyle shared our enthusiasm for the game since it was my friends first NFL game. He gave us shuttle recommendations, and let us know the best route to take before the game. Not only was his positivity and great attitude amazing, the overall check in experience he delivered was top notch. He set the tone for our visit and always left us with a smile and made sure we were okay throughout our stay. We were in constant communication with Kyle and wished us the best before the game and our travels. This guy deserves a raise because of the level of service he gave. I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to shout out this amazing person because of how much of an impact he made on our stay. He is the perfect example of what a front desk agent should embody and giving that welcoming experience. I hope you guys find a way to keep Kyle long term because he will be successful wherever he goes due to his attitude and outlook on life!! Thank you again Kyle for making our stay warming and welcoming. This trip wouldn’t have been as great without the service you delivered. Do big things in life and continue to have that welcoming outlook on life.

Other than never bringing up my requested roll away everything was great! Nice hotel very clean and new and the gentleman at the front desk on Sunday night 10/29 was very nice! Thanks for the sharpie! Would stay again.

Great hotel right outside the entertainment district. The staff could not have been more helpful.
