The location is stunning! The pool is beautiful, but good luck, trying to get into the pool with the hotel running a day camp!!!! No where on the site does it stipulate we would have to share the pool with a day camp. They told us the daycamp is here from 10 to 1 and then we could use the pool afterwards. The food was horrible, the food was horrible, the service was abysmal, and just when we thought we would give them some points on cleanliness, we discovered some toenails on the floor not ours!

Mooie locatie/ hoofdgebouw. Ontvangst bod en onprofessioneel. Faciliteiten nagenoeg allemaal gesloten. Kamer prima. Ontbijt goed maar presentatie zeer slecht. Disposable bestek en borden. Uitstraling van 5 sterren, service en faciliteiten minder dan 2 Sterren. Niet te veel verwachten dan valt het misschien mee.

The location is beautiful but the hotel is being remodeled. The fitness center was closed. The breakfast was very mediocre. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was updated. The shower pressure was fantastic. The carpets in the hallways looked worn and it seemed pretty deserted. Not sure I would return unless it’s fully opened and remodeled.

Good location. Beautiful grounds. Staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was with the wifi taking a few days to correct but otherwise would highly recommend this location if in the area. Will definitely stay here again when in the Glen Gove/Bayville area.

My husband and I picked this hotel to truly relax. The mansion is GORGEOUS! The bed was soooo comfortable. The breakfast that was included was delicious. The grounds are immaculately kept and beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves so much.

I realize this is an older hotel, but the lack of electric outlets is unacceptable. Put a few power *****s and at least there needs to be plugs for 2 phone chargers by the beds.
Also, shower wasnt hot. Just warm
