They made me go up and down the elevator with my two-year-old in the middle of the night because they were too lazy to check the rooms before giving me dirty rooms. They just kept handing me keys for dirty rooms. I move rooms like three times last night, and it was still dirty

Counters in kitchen & bathrooom covered in coffee and food stains

Hotel was clean. Staff said I couldn’t bring my bicycle to the room. I had to leave my $5000 bike in my truck. This has never happened to me at a hotel before. Very annoying. Free breakfast was also terrible. It was yogurt and coffee.

Beds were terrible, extremely noisy AC unit, ********** left in bathroom, no conditioner for hair, free breakfast consists of oatmeal and coffee.
We never complain, but did not get a decent night sleep here.
Plenty of other options to pick from within the same rate.

When I first checked in i was told there was no water. They finally got it on 2 hours later. Another problem was I was on the 3rd floor and it took 15 minutes of running the water before it was warm.

Thr property was amazing, super clean & staff was friendly. My only suggestion is to put another trashcan in the room. The only one i had was in the bathroom.
