I stayed at Country Inn Sahibabad on October 9th with my wife. We endured a half-hour check-in queue, but the real issue occurred during our 3 AM checkout. The hotel staff accused us of stealing a menu directory, which we didn't even know existed. To avoid an argument, I allowed them to inspect our luggage. After finding nothing, they questioned if we were with another guest who had checked out before us. When we denied any association and they still couldn't locate the item, they apologized and claimed it was their duty very rudely. I ask MakeMyTrip: Is this acceptable treatment for frequent hotel guests? Should such behavior be tolerated? Would I steal a menu card? This experience was unacceptable. I implore MakeMyTrip to take immediate action in response to this incident. Is this the treatment you endorse for loyal hotel guests? Can such behavior be deemed acceptable? Would anyone steal a menu card? This experience is utterly unacceptable and warrants your attention.
