Wij, 3 gezinnen met 6 kinderen en 6 personen aanhang zijn we een week bij Hotel Alpenherz geweest. Lekker dicht bij de Dorfbahn(lift). Een zeer vriendelijke eigenaar met idem personeel. Top ontbijt en alles was erg netjes en schoon. Geen warm eten maar in Gerlos zijn veel heerlijke restaurants. Echt van genoten en een aanrader voor gezinnen die op de prijs letten en geen half pension willen. Wij waren er van 17 t/m 24 februari 2024.

L'emplacement est idéal comme départ pour de nombreuses visites et activités. L'hôtel très propre, déjeuner parfait et le patron est très gentil et toujours à l'écoute. Nous y reviendrons assurément.

Poor hotel, 3 star at best. Parking issues and no water in the fridge! Breakfast was very basic and coffee was the worst I’ve tasted this year. No air conditioning so hot in bed and slept poorly. Just needs a bit more to make it a welcoming hotel as nice spot near a river.

Lovely hotel right by the river that runs through town. Friendly and accommodating staff. Convenient parking. The breakfast was great - lots of options and a great way to start the day! Despite being in town, we found the hotel to be quiet, which we appreciated.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was exellent, and the owner and other personell are all very friendly and helpfull, and spoke English very well. We checked in early, were welcomed with a coffee. The location is perfect, very close to the lifts. When we return to Gerlos, we 100% will stay here again. Worth every penny.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber, ohne nachzufragen bekamen wir ein Upgrade auf die nächst höhere Zimmerkategorie, hochwertige Ausstattung des Hotelzimmers, 1a Sauberkeit, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit einer sehr aufmerksamen Gastgeberin.
