大開曼島地點飯店(The Locale Hotel Grand Cayman)

All the staff were amazing. The hotel was really nice and clean

Location was great food was great some of the waiters were great but the front desk guy gave inaccurate information about the bus into town. My room was a nice room but there was the previous people that stay there hair every where. We came into the bathroom and it was hair all over the back of the toliet on the floor in the shower. We ran into house keeping and just so happened to be her that cleaned the room. It look like she was in a rush and miss the counter the floor and on the side of the bed, but the area was amazing the people was friendly. Walking distance from liquor store grocery store plenty of restaurants. 10 minute ride from the airport

I was not able to complete my planned vacation and had to cancel. Under their policy after 10 days from the time of check in, you cannot cancel or credit the amount for the room under any circumstances. I will not consider this hotel if I am able to re-plan a trip to the Caymans.

I’m sure it’s nice, but we were not able to stay, our flight was cancelled the day of our stay and there was no option for reimbursement or even partial reimbursement.

Property is nicely decorated with a beach vibe. I stayed only one night for business but the place as easily accesible, close to shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast that was included on the fare was delicious. I will come back for sure!

From the outside this place doesn’t look like much but when you go inside, it’s absolutely wonderful and the people are great

We have stayed at the Locale twice now and truly enjoyed the experience. We do recommend renting a car as it makes it easier to get around the island.

This is the second time we stayed here both time we had issues with the key This time we were locked out of the room in hot for almost an hour while the staff trying to open the door for us. The swimming pool water smell bad, the filtering system may not be good.
