The facility was so nice and clean. The beds were so comfy and not having to check out until 12 was great. The breakfast is top notch as well.

Was a Mother/Daughters Weekend we were excited we really wanted a suite or studio but wasn’t available…We got early Check-in which was great clerk was very nice room was nice beds very comfortable but shower was disgusting all they needed was to clean the shower that about turned our stomach but Breakfast was nice

When were only in our room for about three hours. When encountered roaches in our room (Bathroom and on the floor by the Television). When shook out our bags to make sure none entered our belongings,and proceeds to leave the hotel. The front desk stated that the picture of the roaches we squished were not roaches. THEY WERE ROACHES. After much persistence, we were only refund for 1 day and not 2. My review is based on about 3 hours of staying in the room.

This was the worst experience ever. We were treated so unfairly and mistaken for guests who was making noise and was asked to leave the hotel and we hadn’t unpacked or done anything to make any noise at all. The cops were even called on us and were asked to leave the property. Ruined my Mother’s Day weekend. If I ever come to Morehead again I will not be staying there again.

Cockroach in room, asked front desk to spray the next morning, they never did. Had to go back and ask them to spray and service room because nothing had been done. Ridiculous.

Unfortunately this hotel is in need of a good contractor. The walls are uneven, non painted wood, bad tiling work. There was no cold water in the sink. The air conditioner was broken and really dirty. The over all feeling of the hotel was dirty. Breakfast was lacking, burnt bacon weird sausage patties no juice. The staff was always kind helpful and around but someone is dropping the ball here. It seems whomever owns this place budget practices is how cheap can we get away with. Save your money and peace of mind and stay somewhere else. I used to love Holiday Inns but this one gave me the “ickies”

The hotel looked nice. The food was good when it was there. There was not always food ready for breakfast. There were cockroaches in my room!!

First the room door was hard to open and my wife in fact cut her self on the handle of the door where she needed medical assistance. When we got back to the room there were loud neighbors that kept us up at night, very loud and rude. Also there was a disturbance where I am guessing someone was playing or something where we got knocks on door people playing around

The hotel was dirty with bugs in the room

We booked a king room online, but when we got to the hotel were told a king was not available. They gave us a double queen room. Other than that disappointment, the room was fine. Breakfast was good.

I have stayed here before and like the hotel and its location. Check in took a little long because the clerk couldn’t get my card to scan(ongoing problem I was told) Then staff called room later to find out who was in the room because they had some kind of problem and didn’t know who was where. Before checking out I discovered my credit card had a charge pending for either 2 nights or 2 rooms. Talked to Rick at the desk who searched for why this would happen even though their system didn’t show my card as ever being used. The charge was reversed later in the day.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful... Great coffee and breakfast...
