Holiday Inn 花環(Holiday Inn Dallas - Garland)

Came down from Katy TX since my little sister had a Wrestling Tournament. The stay at the hotel was great, check in and check out great customer service...Only stayed 1 night but wonderful and clean....also loved the Valentine's Day decor ❤

The front desk lady was absolutely terrible! She was rude and told me she wasn’t dealing with me as well as she threw my key cards down on the table. Then I called to complain and was told the GM would handle it and sat in the room for an hour asking to be relocated to another hotel and never even got a call back or anything! The lady then followed my 11 year old children to the pool cussing and talking about us. We did not even feel safe there. Highly disappointed would be an understatement. I would not recommend ever staying at that hotel!

The front desk didn’t give us our tickets for breakfast that I paid for in advance. The front desk service was polite but incompetent.

Roach in bathroom, had to change rooms due to blood stains in bathtub, out dated, carpet was tore, friendly staff

It was close to the venue that we visited and it was convenient. In addition, issues were minimal. The only two issues I encountered were related to only receiving decaf coffee pods (no problem, I had brought my own) and the body wash container seemed to be filled with lotion. Unfortunately, I did not being my own. All in all it was a clean and convenient stay. I would stay again if needed.

Thor was one of the best trips ever. The staff was polite and courteous. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable and I slept like a baby. I would truly recommend this stay to anyone and everyone. Will definitely return.

Room was double booked I had a person walk in the room. Please make sure you lock your doors.
