酒店還OK，主要是想去奧萊住在這，需要做一站三分鐘的火車去奧萊，還算方便，周邊吃的不多但也OK

Zimmer im obersten Stock, geräumig, schön eingerichtet, sauber, klimatisiert. Super Aussicht. Frühstück normal gut. Reception sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gut gelegen, direkt am Bahnhof und Preis Leistung in Ordnung. Gerne wieder mal.

Pros: - sehr saubere Räume (auch Bad) - Lage direkt gegenüber Bahnhof - Tiefgarage, aber auch Parkplätze an der Straße für übernacht Cons: - Frühstücksbuffet gut, jedoch wurde es während unseres Aufenthalts nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Wir waren an einem Sonntagmorgen gegen 8:15 Uhr im Frühstücksraum. Diejenigen, die noch später kamen hatten kaum noch Auswahl. Dies obwohl das Personal vor Ort war und sah, dass kaum noch etwas da war

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof Mendrisio. Als Hotelgast kann man ein "Ticino Ticket" erhalten, mit dem man den ganzen ÖV im Kanton nutzen kann. Die Lage dazu ist daher perfekt. Auch wenn das Haus von aussen wenig einladend aussieht, sind die Zimmer (alle im 6. Stock) modern und sehr hell sowie gut eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

La piacevolezza di un pranzo dove i sapori della cucina li ritrovi nei piatti. Complimenti allo staff, cucina e servizio molto bene, la professionalità e la cortesia rendono la pausa pranzo molto piacevole, un posto dove ci si sente a casa.

Saubere und schöne Zimmer. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Gute Lage (ggü Bahnhof). Gutes Restaurant mit moderaten Preisen. Idealer Zwischenstopp. Dieses Hotel würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

From 30 - 31 Oct 2021 we stayed in this hotel 1min walk from Mendrisio Train station and 1min walk from Fox Town Outlet Shopping. As we traveled during the Corona Pandemic, we went for outlet shopping to Fox Town, the hotel is nothing special but was good for a 1 night stay. Summary: The bed was comfortable and we slept good, however movable, no choice of pillows offered. The bathroom was good, the shower beam was great, from both the rain-shower and the hand-shower. The numbers: -Price/Quality: 3*** of 5***** (155/$ per 1 nights + 17$ city tax per person = 35$ (translated from 30.= CHF) -Price: $$$1/2 of $$$$$ -Quality: 2.5*** of 5 -Service at Reception: 3*** of 5 -Service Overall: 3*** of 5 -Services Breakfast: the choice isn’t varied. It was a very basic breakfast, they could have easily made a personal breakfast service they had plenty personal, also any additions where $$$$$ [french toast 10$, pancakes 13$]. -Wheelchair Accessible: 4**** (elevator) -Overall rating: rather 2.5** then 3***, disappointing mostly was the breakfast and the restaurant aside had no ambiance we didn’t go there but went to Il Fortuna 350m walk (other side of train station), room was good size, good decent bathroom and shower (fit 2 persons), low quality TV (outdated), pool was in renovation we think, looked abandoned. Hotel looked very outdated but rooms semi modernized. Restaurant We didn’t use looked “dead” no ambiance, we went to another restaurant that was recommended by Google maps (see above). Breakfast was between 06:30 and 10:00 - limited time, choices were limited and of low quality, we even saw supermarket brand yogurts served. Cold-cuts were only pork, no salmon and turkey so if you were vegetarian or a non-pork eater you would be left with little choices... Room Our room was 623 on the 6th floor, there is only one elevator and the floors 1-5 seem not to exist. The bed was comfortable, 200cm by 100cm - 2 beds could be moved together to form one. The room was a good size and we slept well. The room had a chair and a work desk. Plenty of power-outlets (next to the TV wall, on the side). The room had no coffee machine and no separate water kettle (boiler). Bathroom The bathroom was of decent size with a nice shower (fit 2 persons). The bathroom had standard amenities, but no Q-tips or cotton pads. A blow dryer of low quality was available. No bathrobes were available, no free slippers. Overall The location is good if you are visiting the outlet center/shopping mall, the room size bigger then most, no balcony, and no view. However you are within 10min walking at Fox Town. We think the hotel is a medium quality, provided great sleep, the price is too steep this could have been 100 and the additional tax makes the experience worse, the hotel should offer the price incl. tax on ***********.

L'hotel è ospitato in un edificio di riferimento del modernismo ticinese (non ancora vincolato), in laterizio. Internamente è stato appena ristrutturato, e il risultato è di grande comfort. La peculiarità è che tutte le stanze sono sullo stesso piano(il 6 e ultimo), il che significa che nessuno vi cammina sulla testa (viaggiavo per lavoro e il silenzio è importante!). Io avevo una doppia uso singola, molto grande, con un bagno altrettanto confortevole. Nel corridoio c'è la moquette e anche questo contribuisce al silenzio (all'interno delle stanze igienico parquet, le foto sono attendibili) Altri punti a favore per il comfort: davanti alla stazione, però i treni non si sentono. La reception chiude alle 23 ma sono tutti molto disponibili ed è possibile concordare un orario successivo. colazione standard. unico consiglio: un bollitore in stanza sarebbe molto gradito

Hotel grazioso con annesso ristorante/pizzeria dove abbiamo mangiato pizze di ottima qualità. Abbiamo soggiornato in una splendida camera tripla spaziosa, luminosa, dotata di un ampia vetrata con vista sulle montagne, arredo nuovo e moderno con letti grandi e molto comodi. Nuovo e accogliente l’ambiente bagno dotato di set di cortesia. Prima colazione varia e di buona qualità. Una nota dolente l’accoglienza della reception. Sul sito web dell’hotel è specificato che esso dista 10 min a piedi dal vicino outlet Fox Town ma , quando abbiamo chiesto informazioni sulla strada da percorrere, le due ragazze presenti non hanno saputo fornirci indicazioni chiare e precise per cui dopo aver girato parecchio tempo a vuoto i dintorni, siamo dovuti rientrare in hotel e chiedere un taxi per poco più di 1 km. Mi dispiace sottolineare che alle nostre rimostranze hanno risposto in tono sarcastico e derisorio.
