斯格芬頓亞姆斯飯店(Skeffington Arms Hotel)

Excellent place to stay in Galway, right in the center, with a short five minute walk from the train station. We were told it could get a little loud due to their bar, however since we travelled in off-peak season we got a room in the back where it was super quiet, we did not hear anything. We had a wonderful stay. The bed was comfortable and room clean with all the necessary amenities. The hotel has a huge restaurant and Irish bar with many different rooms and 2 levels to accommodate all types of clientele! They had live music and the performances were amazing! The best part was the customer service provided with care, kindness, enthusiasm and pure happiness, always quick with help and a smile from their employee Niall, he was such a pleasure! Thank you Niall! :)

The hotel receptionist was very welcoming. The service was quick and efficient. Our room was nice and big. It was perfect for our one night stay as it is located right on Eyre square. It was noisy which we had been told about by the receptionist but we were provided with earbuds to help with that. We were also left postcards on the bed which was a nice touch.

Ubicado frente a la estacion de tren y metros del centro. Habitacion comoda con baño pequeño pero muy lindo. Muy ruidoso se escucha la musica del bar que esta en la planta baja, mas alla que tiene doble ventana. Y desde las 7.40 el pasillo es muy ruidoso por la gente que limpia con aspiradora, electricista y otros. No es barato y estando alla nos dimos cuenta que por ese precio hay mas alternativas de hoteles

Loved location and the property itself. Restaurant and bar were very good. Hotel customers should be better warned about the late night music 7 days a week! It was impossible to sleep and then at 5:45-6:00am the breakfast din8 g area was ? being cleaned and the noise once again was horrible.

The staff was extremely friendly. Since there is live music we asked for a room not right next to the bar. We didn’t hear any noise at all. Everything was good. The bathroom was very nice. The beds a little soft. But overall a great stay.

Great convenient location for this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and close to shopping, restaurants and tour busses were right around the corner. The front desk staff were very happy and helpful.
