I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the expected standards. Upon entering our room, we were dismayed to discover leftover food from the previous guests, which is both unsanitary and unacceptable. Additionally, the shower handle was extremely difficult to turn, posing an inconvenience and discomfort during our stay. The most distressing incident occurred when my wife got locked in the bathroom due to a malfunctioning door. This situation caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, and prompt attention to maintenance and safety issues is crucial. Furthermore, the indoor pool water was excessively cold, making it impossible for us to enjoy a relaxing swim. This amenity is a significant part of the hotel experience, and the discomfort caused by the temperature made it unenjoyable. I believe these issues significantly detracted from our overall stay, and I trust that your team will take immediate action to address these concerns and prevent similar incidents in the future. Overall stay was ok since we were there only one night. Check in process was horrible. The line was out the door to check in as there was only one staff member doing check in. The credit card process is super slow. Breakfast was ok! The hotel itself is outdated. The bathroom was very clean but carpet is stained and the smell of the room somewhat moldy. The beds were very comfortable and comforters as well.

Check in was the worse experience I ever had. They had 18 rooms available, and even though official check in wasn’t until 3pm, they made us sit in the lobby for an hour waiting. They didn’t try to accommodate us at all

I need a room to check into at 2:00 AM since my 87 year old moms flight was diverted from Newark to Atlantic City. My sister and I drove to pick her up and we were extremely tired from driving. Since it was Tuesday, June 27, U used this date to reserve the room. When U got to the hotel the man told me U cannot checkin until 3:00 pm. He told me there was nothing he could do for me. He was not willing to accommode us. I rold him we needed the room NOW and wiuld checkout by 8 am and drive back home. He next offered to charge us fir anither roim fir Monday, but I told him it was already Tuesday. He just looked at us with a blank face. We left and drove back to Rumson,NJ at 4:45 am.

Highly recommend it for the price. The only negative side was the Continental breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, toast, and bagels along with coffee and juice.

The place was awesome. We highly recommend. However, the man at the front desk was very rude and tried to make a joke at my expense. He was also very rude to my 76 year old mother who came in after me.

This property used to be nice now it's run down and dirty. Will not stay here again. The carpet was disgusting from the hallways to elevator to the rooms. There is no upkeep here

Always clean friendly and just what is needed for a relaxing night away.
