"We arrived at 2:52 for check in, they made us sit until exactly 3 to check in. 3 out of 4 days we left the notice out to tidy up, and no one came. Had to go to the desk for towels, and they said none were clean and gave us tiny pool towels. The carpet felt damp and sticky by the bed. The drain in the tub didn't work. The jacuzzi jets did not work. The TV and internet stopped working suddenly 2 out of 4 nights. "Breakfast" was a bag on the counter with an small packaged bagel, bruised apple, and a granola bar. No toaster. The coffee in the room was very stale and old. The pool area was really dirty- we looked at it and decided against it. The bed was comfortable at least, and check out was at noon. "
