蓋爾斯堡唄盟套房飯店(Baymont by Wyndham Galesburg)

Elevator was broken and I was put on third floor, I am 67 yo with severe arthritis, had to drag my suitcase up the stairs!. Staff said they were working on it. Returned later after dinner still did not work

The room smelled like someone had smoked pot in it. There were very long, black hairs stuck all over the shower walls. The shower head was broken and hung at the bottom of the tub. Worst room I’ve stayed in and yet the most expensive. Horrible experience

Adequate hotel at a relatively high price. Nothing really wrong, but nothing exceptionally good. Not a good value.

Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint was the room smelled very musty.

The key csrds didnt work at check in, and then on the 2nd day they quit working again. Toilet clogged

Check in was fine other than an odor in the lobby.Room was fine. Pool was disgusting and murky. It smelled like a hay barn in there. We left unable to use it. If you're not going to maintain it, drain it. Gross! Plus when we left our room this morning we could smell the pool upstairs! Thankfully the smell did not permeate the room. We couldn't eat the breakfast provided on site because it was right outside of the pool and there was no way we could eat next to that smell.

Lobby had an unpleasant odor , the front door didn't work and the front desk clerk was wearing dirty clothes. We cancelled our reservation and went to the hotel next door. Property was nothing like what was shown on line.

We were just passing through so a one night stay. It was ok - seems to need a good cleaning and small things fixed.

The breakfast offered less than the standard fare, and then the cleaning staff person kicked us out while we were eating because she needed to vacuum. Then, we get back to the room to get ready to check out, but the key was already deactivated (2 hours before checkout). No USB outlets to charge your electronics. Just minor inconveniences.
