遺產公園弗賴拉辛歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites Legacy Park-Frisco)

Me dieron una habitación muy bien ubicada la 612, la señorita que estaba en el desayuno muy amable una latina no recuerdo el nombre, pero si tengo que comentar que una señorita que se encontraba en el Lobby muy joven que me tocaba por las tardes le solicitó mi esposo toallas amablemente ella las trajo al pedirle una más se molestó le aventó las toallas, mostró cara de molestia y se fue, otro día mi tarjeta no servía ella amable me la cambió llegó mi esposo con la de él igual que no servía y al decirle gracias ella solo contestó un ruido mmm. No se si no esté acostumbrada a turistas extranjeros o algo le molestaba de nosostros no entiendo si trabaja en un hotel debe ser amable nunca pude ver su nombre por el pelo largo no se si empezaba con H, si deberían trabajar eso con ella.

Bad management service, we booked 2 queens bedroom, when we get there they give us different room instead, with some excused. Finally we got room for disabled, and the shower no bathtub or anything, so when we take shower all the water goes everywhere on the floor.. very slippery and dangerous.

Exterior and parking was good. The interior has some needs. 1 elevator worked. Room was almost clean. Bed as hard,mini pillows were too soft, and to top it off no ESPN in my room. That took the cake for me. Breakfast was ok. Hotel needs an update.

Stayed 4 nights. Ask after 2 night to clean. No go. Asked again 3 night and did clean. We had to empty our wastebaskets and took the trash bag to the front desk. Skimpy on towels. Had to get more towels ourself at the front desk. Toiletries stunk. Needed more soap!! Pool was dirty. Drainage in sink terrible. Breakfast was good. Overall it was not a place I would go back and tell anyone to stay there.

First room AC didn’t work correctly. Second room AC was loud but kept room comfortable. Bathroom sink had no stopper in drain and often had a moldy smell when ran the water. Lamps in room just don’t provide enough light need brighter lighting.

The breakfast was ok. When I arrived, I had the option of hot chocolate and yogurt in the breakfast but in the consecutive days they didn’t replace them. I thought a little disrespectful with the costumer because if you have these options once, you should always have in stock and replace them.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. There were a lot of kids staying in the hotel at that time and they were in and out of the pool, inspite of this the staff kept the place clean. Location was very good too

The staff was nice, but the rooms on the 5th floor was VERY hot. We checked in on Friday evening and left. When we came back that night it was warm, but not bad. Saturday morning it was so warm in the room, so as we headed out for an outing we stopped by the front desk and spoke to the attendant about how hot the room was. She explained that they were having problems with the air conditioning. We definitely did not enjoy our room due to it being so warm in the room.
